When Ryan says "I'll take care of you" you'd better believe it. He was awesome. We just moved here from the East Coast, and have been so overwhelmed with it all... Our garage door opened half way up, stopped, and would not move after that. We called " On Track Garage Doors", and had a repair man "Codi", come to our home. He actually arrived within a short period of time. With in 5 minutes he had diagnosed the problem as a tripped breaker. He said no charge, and I commented that we probably needed a service, and he checked out the door a said it did require service at this time. In all honesty it has been many years since I have been treated so fairly. I would recommend this company, and will definitely call whenever I need any repairs, or service involving our garage door. Codi came to fix a broken spring. they gave me an estimate on the phone that was accurate. then codi did a crazy good job of fine tuning everything. he asked if i wanted better bearing rollers installed for an extra fee and i got them. i was glad i did because the worked much better. then he spent at least another 45 min lubricating every joint and bending back all the slight kinks in the rail. cant recommend the pride of workmanship enough read more

Really happy with the work that Codi did on our garage doors! We wants to get our existing door high-lifted, in order to remove any obstructions above the doors, in hopes of installing a hoist. Codi came by and lifted both doors, and also installed our new jackshaft-style openers, in one day, singlehandedly, and for a fair price. Our entire garage door system (door, tracks, opener, etc) was long overdue to be replaced. Our old door was not operational at all and was grossly mis-aligned which left a large gap on one side allowing leaves and neighbor cats to sneak underneath. I needed a garage door opener for my newly constructed home. The weekend before Christmas, I called the three closest installers listed on Google Maps leaving voice mails. Ryan at On Track was the only one who called back. He came out promptly and after describing the opener he recommended the LiftMaster WLED. He gave me a product sheet and a quote including a 10% senior discount. He said he could do the install the day after Christmas. Since no others ever called back I gave Ryan the go-ahead. Sure enough, he showed up at the promised time, methodically did the install, and patiently answered all my questions as I observed the process. He even lubed the garage door and installed a couple of additional brackets to the roller guides to insure smooth operation. After the final adjustments, he then explained the operation of all the special features of this top-of-the line unit, collected all the excess packaging bits, swept up all the drilling remnants, and even programmed my car's homelink button for me.
