I went in to sell a couple brand new items still in the box. It took 25 min for them to figure out how much they were going to offer me which was 5$ for all three brand new toddler toys. I do not recommend this store it's a waste of time. read more

Brought in all my gently used baby clothes, organized and folded nicely in boxes. The employees dumped the boxes, picked through what they wanted and tossed everything else back in. I had been warned by many people not to bring items here to sell, but because I had so much, I decided it would be worth it. In hindsight, I learned the hard way. I could have easily sold the baby Gap items elsewhere and made the same amount on those few items as I did on the entire lot OUAC picked through. Please don't waste your time Booked an appointment earlier in the week to sell because of Covid which I understand..why make an appointment for 215 when you physically can't look at them till later? I walked in on time filled out what I needed too and went off on my way as the employee told me she will text when they were ready for pickup I walked in half an hour later and nothing was looked at. Would it have hurt to tell me you were running behind? Not to mention none of the employees there acknowledged me when I came in. SO DISORGANIZED Made me wait two hours to offer me 17 bucks for a whole bunch of items...i was too angry to make them unload what was in the bin they took..I took it anyway because I wasted my time already I should of just donated them. Instead these guys offer you 25 cents and jack it up to sell... Scammers here for sure don't waste your time like I did! Staff should also be trained properly to acknowledge customers standing there. I'm not just standing there for no reason I needed help! Management should consider retraining these employees. Sad that people Who work are dying to get jobs and these girls take it for granted. I like this store because I have found some great deals here and saving on baby clothes can really help families afford other things like diapers and formula. I usually buy the brand name stuff I found here like a Baby Gap winter coat, Tommy Hilfiger sweater, gap and Levi's jeans etc. The reasons for not getting 5 stars are that the store is messy, there are not nearly as many boy clothing as girls, and once or twice, the cashier did not ask me if I was registered for points. I usually forget unless they ask but when I remembered, I called them and they said that they adjusted my account. I like their Instagram account where I learned they had a wagon I was looking for and that they text me when they are having sales. Ample parking in a busy plaza. read more

Run! Run! Run! Over priced I have been donating to once upon a child for years now! I have bought clothes in the past up to last week... Such thing as a silly question yes, it's our lovely Ajax location. I spent nearly $170. Some of the clothing did not fit, so I went back the following day to return whatever did not fit and because of the promotion I was unable to return it. Ok... $10 spent on Jeans, I had to sell it back and was only given $2. What a slap in the face, tags all and only bought the day before. Now at this point I'm already not impressed. I returned two shirts that were same color, same size and same band that were not priced the same . I was told by the clerk that one our employees made a mistake however there's nothing we can do about that? I just said ok and left the store shortly after. Suggestion; have on going training for employees on how to deal with customers in a respectful and professional manner. Rewards program needs to be replaced with a better loyalty program so that customers can accumulate points easier and also redeem percentage off their entire purchase. **I will never go back beware!!! I went to this store this morning to sell some items and won't be going back! The staff are not friendly and rude. They DO NOT know how to smile!! I phoned in the night before to find out what items were being accepted. I had all my stuff neatly in a bin with 2 plastic bags of a race car set. Upon pick up I was not told why certain items were not accepted. When I get home I noticed they took a jacket, but not the hat that goes with the jacket. There was a pair of gap shoes, excellent condition not taken, but they took the reebox shoes. Plus, some toys that were not taken with no explanation. The stuff was not put back neatly in the bin. I am not happy that I left the items, I wish I took all the items back. The last time I tried to bring stuff in I had some brand new clothes with tags and they were not taken. WHAT IS GOING ON?? 2 of the staff were laughing amongst themselves, but not smiling with customers. I have looked in this store previously, and the stuff is well used. Some tags cut off the items and still taken. Tones of stains I noticed on items, missing parts, well used clothes with balls on the clothes and those clothes were taken. I will NOT be shopping here again. The staff need to be retrained. Customers do not need you, you need customers. This is NOT how to run a business. read more
