Not sure if there are new owners now but I'm getting upset. I use their rewards system because I am a frequent buyer. Not so sure today after realizing they continue to rip people off. I've been told they'll give $3 for a seat that has all toys and perfectly clean yet they sell the same seats looking nasty and missing toys for almost $30. And now today, I get home and start looking over my purchase. My bad for not standing at the counter to actually count this out, BUT using my phone number through rewards gave me a $10 DISCOUNT. They split it up amongst all the items I purchased. After going over all the prices I've realized they only deducted $5 from my entire purchase.....yet the receipt still says a $10 discount was applied!!.......so where is the other $5 dollars?? And this may seem meaningless to a lot. Like it's only $5....but now I'm wondering how many times this happens??!!?? Pretty sad we have pay super close attention and spend even more time at the register to catch these errors! read more

If you don't have a mask with you they charge you $1.50 for one of those little paper disposable masks. They do not honor medical exemptions for masks. Even WalMart gives you a free disposable mask if you forgot one or don't have one because you have a medical exemption. Disappointed because I would love to support small business. read more

Super sad that the only review this place has is over a mask. My family LOVES this place. The staff are all super friendly. The selection is great too. My toddler has been through multiple sizes in this store. Lots to choose from. The most important part is the clothes are in really good shape. They are quite picky with what they take (be prepared to be rejected if you're selling) BUT it shows in their racks. Clothes look well taken care of and are current styles. We come here each season to stock up. You can get a ton for your money. read more
