No complaints. Usually go to the one on 23rd in OKC, but I was heading south on I-35, so this one was on the way. Immediately got a pump, and it wasn't too too busy. Price wasn't terrible, so no complaints there. The contactless tap to pay at the pump actually worked also!! A very slow progress for gas stations, but I love love love not having to pull out my wallet and paying with my Apple Watch instead. Inside was solid also. I have it down to science: order my bacon egg and cheese taco, get my iced coffee, pay for both, pick up the taco. And there were no hitches this time!! The iced coffee from the fresh grind machines went up to $2.99 which feels high for gas station coffee, but I'm just being nitpicky. I'll definitely remember this OnCue for the future. read more

Went there on August 1st 2026 to fill up my tank full of gas! The lady inside told me when I used my debit card that I had to say amount so I just said $40 it cost me $31.40 to fill up and I never received the $8.60 back into my banking account! I called them and they told me that I need to call my bank to see what the hold was. I knew that wasn't true but I called my bank anyways and they said no that is up to oncue , They need to be putting that money back into my account so I tried calling then back three or four times and they would not answer.! if this is a way they do business they will no longer have mine!! people watch your banking accounts and make sure your money is going back into your account , if you're not using it! I will not be doing my business there again! Poor business!!!! rip people off!!! read more

I went thru the drive thru today to get a fountain drink. The employee licked something twice. I wasn't sure if it was his fingers or what it was. I just saw his tongue come out twice as he bent to lick whatever it was. The bottom of the window impeded my view of what he was holding. Then as he waited for my drink to fill up, he picked his nose and then touched the cup, put the lid on it, and gave it to me. I immediately went to the 7-Eleven down the road and threw it away and got a drink at 7-Eleven. Yucky!!!! read more

I just love OnCue! Thank the person that decided to have a drive through window. Makes it great for Covid times. Every mother thanks you! Probably saves lives so that children don't get left in car ! You can order just about anything from window. Person in front of us had several items ... Looked like gallon of Tea, milk, a drink and cigs. Not good for me because as I'm waiting in line to get a drink, I throw in little pkg powdered sugar donuts or Chex mix, or peanut MM's. Everyone loves the cover, all the way from pumps to inside. Great protection in rain n snow. We hate getting our hair wet. Women thank you!! read more

While I am driving through Oklahoma, On Cue is where I am stopping. The employees are friendly, the location is well lit, they have a great selection of snacks, and most importantly it you park by the doors on the left side of the building the bathrooms are right there. In these cooty covered times, being able to go in, use the facilities, wash your hands, and exit without touching things, is awesome. Even in the middle of the night, it is clean and welcoming. And if you are traveling with a pet, a lot of their locations have an area set aside to let them out. read more

Stopped in to get some beer and snack for our Sunday funday. But unfortunately my ID is expired but extended because of the Covid-19 . The teller was a dick about it so the store lost out on a big purchase. Took my business to another store who didn't have a problem with my ID . This oncue is the only Oncue I've ever complained about. I drive past cheaper options due to the service I receive at Oncue. I would give two stars but store 118 will get the benefit of the doubt because of the brand. First, the parking lot is unkempt. Second, the associate that checked me out was extremely unprofessional. Last, the restroom was filthy and there was no paper towels or hand sanitizers. I'll continue to use the brand 'maybe' but I will stop utilizing Oncue store 118. As it is when fueling near home we will likely use whatever is closest. read more

This place tried to card my teenage kids when I tried to buy cigarettes. I was just trying to buy them a couple of drinks while I stopped in for cigarettes. They told me it was state law (it absolutely isn't). When I asked for the number for corporate, one of the girls told me I could look it up on the internet. I will absolutely never be back and will be sure to tell everyone I know this place mistreats their customers. No other gas station has ever tried to card my teenage children for anything I'm purchasing. Can't believe the way the employees acted. read more

Well it started by trying to fill my truck with cng. I went in to pay the cashier for my gas an went back outside to fill my an the pump had timed out. So I went back inside an asked the cashier what was wrong an she said the pump has timed out. So I asked her if I she could reset the pump for me. Then she got a little @(-$ but she waited til I got back out side to the pump an it worked perfect.But they never suggested that I get a Oncue card so it wouldn't happen again!! Was going by and wanted a soda so I wheeled in. It's just a little convenience store with 2 gas…read morepumps. The place is loaded with stuff but it's pretty clean. Looks like during the week they have some type of food or quick bites as well as a coffee area set up. Wasn't going today but it was after lunch and Sunday. The man running the place was very nice and polite. A local mom and pop store.
