I was sent an online patient registration before my appointment that was user friendly. The assistants were comforting and walked me through what they were doing, and it wasn't an overwhelming experience. Dr. Matwychuk explained everything in a professional and uncomplicated manner. The medical office assistants were warm and friendly. As much as I hope not to be in a situation where I would be required to have Endodontist services again, I would be a return patient to this office.

And be careful because they will get it and more if you're not careful. Spent 6k here. I tried to book a procedure to fix the problematic areas first. Just for them to try and upsale me, again. With a mouth gard for my daughter. I've also seen multiple reviews where they come back with a extremely unprofessional and childish comment..... I wonder what mine will be? They only like communicating through text message. And if you call to much, they will get annoyed. They also blocked me on fb because I was looking into their bad reviews. And was extremely unprofessional through text messages without contacting me in person. Not one phone call until I started getting angry. We figured, better to attend to it in the city, rather than the mountains, so called a few dentists in Kelowna, and finally reached Creekside, they were able to get us in to see Dr Colter in less than 2 hours, fix the problem, and send us on our way, in less than 90minutes, from phone call. Charge was very reasonable ($125), including x-rays. Very pleasant office staff :)
