The two men who came out to pour the concrete for my garden shed slab were absolutely phenomenal!!! Courteous, professional and went above and beyond! My garden shed project was begun six months ago and we hit delays due to the weather and then supply chain problems. We needed a pumper truck because my back yard is fenced and my property has a slope to it. We had called pretty much EVERY concrete company in the area and no one could get us concrete and no one had a pumper truck! We were thinking we would have to go to deck blocks and wood for the floor of the shed. Someone else posted on Nextdoor about Pete Alewife Volumetric Concrete and we gave them a call. They were able to schedule it within a week. I cannot tell you how fabulous these guys were! I am beyond pleased!!! I would recommend them to anyone needing work done! He lies about the availability of products and then takes your money for a deposit and disappears He wanted to start a teardown of my existing structure that needed to be replaced yet could not produce or provide the materials to build a new one. He only wanted to start so he could say he did "something" to earn the deposit he fraudulently obtained from me. Let me start out saying we have filed a civil suit and I have all supporting evidence against this contractor Mr Tony Gordon to back up everything I am about to say. We hired ACM to pour us a new driveway, all was going well until last Thursday when the first load of concrete arrived. It was brought here by Georgia Carolina Concrete and apparently never ordered but was part of a side hussle between driver and Mr Gordon, this concrete was intended for a county job and was a DOT mix it was also only a small portion of the concrete needed for the job. The pour was done at 1pm, I texted Mr Gordon at 2:45 asking if more concrete was coming, he said yes that a truck broke down but more was on the way. At 4:14 he texted back to say the guys were tired of waiting and they would finish in the morning. I told him I needed him to come by, he did not. Inbetween this time I found out he never put in an order for concrete and now I had bad concrete at the start of this job. Unfortunately I already gave Mr Gordon a nice chunk of change as well. I expressed to him in email how upset I was with the work and since he was unavailable to come and look at the job I was firing him, his response was a threat to put a lien on our home. Never did he attempt to fix his mess up. I have tried to work with Mr Gordon to settle the matter and will update if he decides to return our deposit minus expenses that of course he wouldn't show me reciepts for. As a homeowner it is hard these days to trust anyone to do work on your home and we are learning quick what not to do! I discovered another civil case in the past against this company, I should of searched before hiring. Here are some tips for others. *get a copy of insurance and business license *order and pay for your own materials *always have a detailed contract and look over it carefully *dont allow a contractor to bully or intimidate you *take lots of pictures and document everything *search your county and surrounding counties for any possible suits against the company and the owner. *read all reviews especially the negative ones and how the company responded to those. I know in the end we are good people and it will come out as a Blessing on our behalf because we have done all we can to be fair. Im writing this so others can be aware and know not only who they are dealing with when hiring ACM but also for others so they can not get ripped off or taken advantage of by any contractor. Concrete slab scammers…read more Fair warning to anybody considering hiring Tee Rickerson T.L. Contractors, Don't do it. Hired them to install a 30'x30' concrete slab for a metal building and was a nightmare from day 1. Evidently they can't even read a tape measure. Slab is 18" off square, not a level spot on it, and 3 weeks later had 2 sticks pop up causing deep holes in it. Asked him to correct these issues, was told 3 times when he would be here to fix ,all no shows. Asked for partial refund to pay someone else to repair and he blocked me. Takes a real p.o.s. To do this to a disabled person living on a limited budget who scrimped and saved to have this job done. Do not hire unless you want to be screwed. The pictures say it all !!!!!!

I do not recommend B&B Concrete. I contracted them to build 2 stamped concrete pads in my backyard…read more Here are the issues. 1. I ordered a specific stamped pattern for 2 concrete pads. They did a poor stamp job and the pattern was not what we discussed, yes they stamped the completely wrong pattern. 2. They left a corner of the concrete pad below the grade of the ground creating an area for water to pond. 3. They destroyed my backyard area beyond the area where the new pads were placed. 4. They destroyed areas of my front yard that were no where near the area where they were working. 5. They filled the area of my new concrete pads with some landfill quality garbage fill. 6. The left concrete splatter all over my white vinyl siding. 5. The pulled away my vinyl siding to install stairs and left is damaged and pulled away from the house. 7. They cut 2 buried cable lines and did not say anything until I told them they were cut after I got home. 8. They said they were coming back to seed the grass that they damaged but never came back.
