Of equal importance we completed the move with zero broken items! Mike is responsive, positive and super efficient - very rare but greatly appreciated qualities! He ended up doing the work without providing an estimate, left and sent a bill that was much more than it should have been (over $150!). I do not trust this company and never want to work with them again.
