Bought $30 worth of vape stuff was charged $40...I may not be a genius but 8.3% sales tax is only $2.49 on $30...then when I called them on it...the (younger) guy behind the counter tried to make it out as though I couldn't understand what was going on!!!..how about fair scales for fair tax...anyway this was the end of the purchase...but I do forgive it, but suggest if you shop there know what your gonna pay before getting to the register. read more

I purchased over 100 dollars there on a vaping device 2 weeks ago. It stopped working so I took it down there and asked for a replacement. The guy refused and wanted to discount a different device. Total scam artist do not go there. He also sold me vape juice that he was not legally supposed to sell. He is a crook just wants to take your money for faulty devices and will not make it right. I have gone back to this business twice and even though I still find my review 3/5 fair, I feel some things from my previous review should be revised. First I still stand by what I said about their vape. It is clear that atleast from the employees I spoke with, they dont know about vapes and the fact the destroyed mine before I walked out the door is all the proof I will ever need. Do not let them handle your vape. They are hands on with a lot of items that are yours and theirs, each time theyve had to handle their pieces, I had to stand there and wait for them to figure out what I could already see. Then show them what they missed after they are done displaying it. So when it comes to anything non-glass related I just feel the employees here and under par and wont admit it because they want to make a sale. Now before I said they had TERRIBLE vape selection. I have gone back twice and they have greatly increased their inventory. There are products from numerous brands including my trusted aspire brand. But again, I would only go if you know EXACTLY what you want. I would not go there asking about ohms, wattages etc. I dont think they know anything beyond what is in their shelves. Their glassware seems to be on the mid to high end and they have the entire store filled front to back with it. My only issue was the fact that I asked for a price range, and like their car salesman at their Prestige Motors lot (they are associated Im pretty sure) I was shown higher than that. I then found the same thing I wanted for 20 bucks cheaper on the left side of the store scattered around. So even though they are fast to offer you assistance. DECLINE IT, look at their inventory yourself first. They either dont want you to know or are overwhelmed by their inventory and dont know where everything is. In the end it is a pleasant experience, it simply feels a tad shady because as an ex salesman, it is easy to tell where the managers are pressuring the employees for sales and teaching them salesman tricks to achieve that. As I stated before, its not high end pricey, but it is a pretty penny for most items. All of their items are marked 5-10 bucks above what they would be willing to take, they do this so they can easily knock off 5 bucks and make it seem like you are getting a deal. Its simple, if they dont offer you a lower price, walk out the door or try to buy 2 items to earn that "bargain" But in the end its not terrible, simply what you can get for $16 at Carrots you will see sold here for $20 but how much is the different locations convenience worth to you for 4 bucks when you could potentially become a regular customer and likely get it for a buck or two lower than Carrots. These guys although in it for the money (clearly) they do still treat their customers right and make it feel like you are getting a bargain. To a true and experienced bargain hunter, this ploy can be insulting but welcoming to the fact that you are going to get to know these guys and vice versa a little more each time you come in. They do make the shopping experience fun and comfortable. They are not a bad business, I simply think their ethics could be a bit better but from their other businesses in the area, I have become familiar with these guys and come to expect it. You will pay a bit more but you get slightly better quality and could potentially talk them down on price as long as you are not a Jack and trying to rip them off. Usually if they won't drop a price to be competitive, I buy it from their competitor but thats only happened once out of 3 trips and the place that beat them was a mini-mart and I wanted CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP which they DONT DONT DONT sell. Only good quality glass with the biggest and most customizable selections ive found in the area (carrots, minimarts, smoke shops, and a glass shop i cant remember the name of). Just again DO NOT GO for Vape items unless you know exactly what you want and simply going to pull it off the shelf and buy without any questions. I really feel that they should take the word "vape" out of anything to do with their business. They simply sell some vape items and juices in one corner of the store. IF YOU BUY THE JUICE LET IT STEEP ATLEAST A WEEK! read more

They don't know what they're talking about. Went in for a pen for a gift. They said it was the best, a vapor pen. Went back a day later because the pen did not work. No smoke what so ever. So they tell me vapor pens dont make smoke. They didn't really wanna do anything about it so finally they tell me I can change in for something else in the store. So I get another one, different kind. About a year ago I got mine there before they moved and mine is amazing. So I get one kinda like mine because they don't have the same one as mine. He suggested one like my battery pack but bigger he said more oms. Once I get home and give it to who I gave it to. It went through 3 coils in less then 4 minutes. So they sold me a battery and a top for it. But the coils can't handle the more power the battery has. About to go back and see what they say now read more

Store hour are listed as 9AM. Got there at 9:20, open signs on. Door locked no one there. Sign on door says bank 10:25 back at 10:35. Called at 9:45, on one there. Looks like a head shop with vapes thrown in. 90% of the stickers on the door were for "Dabs" which is hemp oil. They looked like they had a fair amount of ecigs. But I;ll never know. ~DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY~ I was practically attacked by some young salesman (if you can call him that) from the moment that I walked in the door. I'm an avid Vaper and know enough to know that this store knows "NOTHING" about this awesome industry. HIGH pressure for sales. I had informed them that I had everything that I needed and was simply looking around. Everytime I focused on any particular item someone was on top of me again, to make a sale. NO KNOWLEDGE of vape products. Only that they have vape products but have little to no knowledge of what those products do or how they function. As for vape e-juices....I wouldn't trust that juice bar if it were the last one on earth. The Vaping industry is very strict about how juices are produced, bottled and packaged. Their juices are EXPOSED to constant outside air and are mixed at the counter....by people whom aren't privy as to the proper environment to do such work.
