Do not get a loan from this company at ANY location. You will not be able to pay this loan off because of the DAILY interest charges. If you are 1 day late they will call you 3 times every hour. Then continue to call your old employer and current employer current contacts and anyone they can get a hold of. There is a pandemic going on and they are NOT waiving late fees at all and will continue to harass you. Please stay far away no matter how desperate you are. You will never ne able to get ahead of this loan. Build your credit go to a bank get a loan and pay this place off as fast as you can. Loan sharks who do not care about you!!! read more

this place gets a negative 5 stars, don't ever get a loan from these people, complete rip off. i repeat do not get a loan, i had a great credit score once before above 720,these people enjoy ruining lives. some how it sounds to good to be true. i was looking for a great loan in 2018 i thought at the time the rates were low but some how these people got me in a 36% loan. do the math $221.00 a month from april 18 to now i should almost be done with this loan, they said i still owe another $4,200. they are doing fraud and they should go to jail for what they are doing read more

Applied for a small loan of under $5000 to consolidate some small debts, but upon speaking with a rep. I was told because i was a 1099/Contract worker i wouldn't qualify. Somehow this doesn't make sense. My income is still INCOME! What do you think pays my bills One Main? What a joke. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The rep. even had the nerve to chuckle like i was crazy for applying. read more

I had first-class service from One Main Financial (Plano, Texas), and, in particular, from Mr. Nicholas Matthews. I was in a very sorry state before I utilized One Main, and this loan really helped me to get my credit aligned and improve my credit score. The problem was my backrent was due NOW or I would have been evicted. My credit is terrible right now so banks were out. I just needed to make it to payday, which fell after my rent deadline. They're the only ones that DOESN'T check credit score or employment like other companies advertise (looking at you ACE), just steady source of income and an active bank account. I think they require more info if you do it online. Some companies require you to be at a job for 3 or more months but what about the people who are newly employed with a better, higher paying job but is between paydays? I paid my loan off IN FULL a few days later as I promised when I got paid. Go here, people! One thing I didn't like is they make you put references down with the in-store application. I don't think they check them because I just made up some names and numbers and had no problems.

Arlene, Angela, Mayra, Barbara and Suneequa really jumped in and helped us today. We were running late to an event we had and instead of saying well sorry, like most places would have. The team pulled together and all helped knock it out! This is true TEAMWORK! The rush and demand was absolutely incredible!! I was amazed with the level of customer service!!
