The menu is filled with all the different drinks/flavors that any sugarholic would approve. I had my usual Thai tea and forgot to mention HALF-sweetened.....so you can imagine how my sugars went through the roof. Flavor is great but waaaaayy too sweet. The area is nice and cozy....great place to hangout with friends and have a snack/drink. It's relatively clean.....though a bit noisy. The customer service is friendly from some of the workers.....but others weren't as friendly or welcoming. Depends on the time you're here, it could get pretty busy.....but have a little patience and the snacks, food and drinks are worth it. Like I mentioned to my sister, this place is kinda like visiting grandma. You can order what you want and have whatever comfort food you're craving, but you just gotta wait a bit. I come here multiple times a week since it's next to my hospital. I've tried the Jasmine tea with cheese foam, tropical fruit tea, sunrise galaxy, and coconut latte. All have been very good. Service is generally very quick. You just order at the counter and they make your drink. I believe the place is owned by the same people that own one more bite dumpling, so sometimes people are eating in this side, but it's usually empty and quiet, which is nice for studying. read more

The flavors here are great and it's just spectacularly dangerous to have a yummy boba shop connected to an equally yummy restaurant. They knew what they were doing with this. This is an interesting place since it is connected to a dumpling place in the same building with a similar name One More Bite Dumpling House. A friend and I happened to check this place out on Christmas Eve. There was one guy working behind the counter that took our orders service was great, although it was his second day on the job. He made accommodations for my order, making it non-diary. When my friend and I stepped out while waiting for our order, he brought our drinks to us while we were outside. I ordered the Honeydew Melon Bubble tea with aloe jelly which was surprisingly good quality texture and flavor than other bubble tea I have tried. The place was clean and new and seemed to be a great place to hangout. They have an pretty impressive menu with various choices of boba to choose from. Glad to see another bubble tea place in place of the absent Hiccups bubble tea cafe that use to be here but disappeared with this establishment filling the void. the drinks were honestly... not good. i'm surprised at how many good reviews this place has because all of our drinks were a let down. i got a cheese foam jasmine milk tea which ended up having no foam on top and it looked really grainy? not a huge deal but weird. the drink just tasted like milk letting it sit for a few minutes all the grains just went to the bottom.... my friend got the matcha mountain smoothie which ended up being the jasmine milk tea but with matcha swirled around the cup... she tried the swirls and it was so waxy she spit it out. the sunrise galaxy tea just tasted like lemonade and the cheese mango smoothie only tasted like cheese. overall... i don't think i'd come back here ever again read more

Upon walking in, the establishment was clean. It had a nice look as far as just a bit of decor. We walked right up to the kiosk since the staff neither greeted or offered assistance. Service is great and you can order either directly at the counter or while seated at the dumpling shop (they'll bring you menus for both establishments you're seated). If you just look at the paper menu you're handed when seated at the restaurant, it looks like there is just one size for drinks and no option to adjust sweetness or ice. I'll have to check the counter and see if there are more options there. I ordered the Brown Sugar Boba Milk tea for $5.75 - it was fantastic! Ambience is chill, but apparently so are the workers who seem disinterested or distracted. For example, today my little niece was with me and the two workers there could not have shown less interest in us, but they definitely showed interest in each other. As we were leaving, we saw them hunched below the counter and huddled together, it looked like they were messing around with each other in some weird flirty way. Unprofessional and kinda cringey... and worst of all: in front of my kid Hygiene wise: I've only seen them use gloves 1/3 times... I don't think I've ever seen them wash their hands but that last one one could have just been timing...
