Frustrating. The staff girls were friendly but once I was called back for my physical and UA I was handed a plastic measuring cup with a magic marker line drawn on the side - this was disconcerting. Every other place I've ever given a specimen at has always unwrapped a sterile collection cup in front of me and shown me where the restroom was.. but one source apparently just grabs whatever is nearby and draws a line on it. I was shown into a bathroom and once the door was closed I could hardly see my hand in front of my face- this old fluorescent light above me flickered so low it was practically a blind pee hoping I didn't get anything on my hands. After my hearing test the nurse came to get me- told me my test was cancelled- cited nothing on my paper work - and said she'd have to mail it off. I've been waiting and still have heard nothing back from anyone. . read more

Same here. The bathroom was really dark and I didn't get a sealed collection cup either- just a yellowed plastic measuring cup with a line drawn on the side. It's been a week and the nurse didn't mark anything on my paper except that it was the right temp. ‍ still no idea what the hold up is- i know it's clean just need someone to please let me know what is taking so long?? read more
