The front office staff was fantastic and even tried their best to help but were unsuccessful. The staff and the office space is the reason I'm giving this two stars and not one. The billing procedures were confusing and inconsistently applied. When I first signed on, I informed them several times I only wanted it for two months. Due to holiday and technical issues, I was unable to put in the "non-renewal" request before the deadline and they charged me for another full month. The deadline was missed by two days and multiple attempts to rectify these errors were met with resistance, making for a disappointing and frustrating experience. I've tried to settle multiple times and they don't respond to my emails, however, are still charging me and assessing late fees 7 months after I have left. The company's inability to deliver transparent and accurate billing undermines trust and adds unnecessary stress to the client journey. I wouldn't recommend them for anything short-term. WeWork is much better and has fewer billing issues. I urge potential clients to be cautious and hope the company takes immediate steps to correct these issues for the sake of their reputation and customer satisfaction.

The lack of communication is ridiculous--no one will answer our questions or help us with transferring or closing out our lease. To make matters worse, we were transferred to a new office, and the AC hasn't worked. I've repeatedly told them about it, but they keep telling me that the work order wasn't submitted because someone "forgot." How is that even possible when this has been an ongoing issue? Ok then its submitted but then still doesn't work. Ask for the managers email and refused his information. Transfer scheduled...months in advance...ask multiple times what the plan is then we were given the abrupt notice to clear out by the end of the day...only bc I asked a question! I asked for the manager's contact info several times, but staff refused to provide it, leaving me without a way to escalate my concerns. Communication is TERRIBLE, and it feels like no one cares. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away if you value your time, comfort, and sanity.

There was also a referral plan for additional occupants. The whole floor felt like nothing but windows and in addition to the beautiful view there was a lot of natural light in the entire space. The parking was fine but maybe needed some clarity as there was a restaurant and post office adjacent to the lot. It's a gravel lot basically with no clear signage. Not a big issue but FYI. There's a handful of places to visit within walking distance for eating and shopping. Very small town feel. Inside the office, the receptionist welcomed me and was new but friendly and professional. She helped me get set up on the app (still a work in progress) and gave me a quick tour. The big main spaces were already reserved but the phone booth space was adequate to my needs. The internet speed was decent but there was no ethernet cable for direct connection. The common kitchen area was clean and beverages were available as well as small snacks. Terry, the director for the space, was very helpful in troubleshooting issues with billing and reservations. Pricing was also reasonable for a one-day pass. Military veteran pricing is available. If I came to the city more often, I'd get a subscription because it's very close and isn't overcrowded like some co-working spaces.
