Also asphalt is at higher level than garage floor, so water gets into garage during winter and spring months. Spoke to owner multiple times, who has come out twice to look at it. Says there's no way water can be getting into the garage unless the wind is blowing in the rain??? Owner is very rude, and doesn't want to fix his mistakes. Run far away from this company!!!
