I called back and voiced my concerns after both sessions and was told this can sometimes happen and was offered a free 3rd session with stronger pigment (not sure why this didn't happen after the first time) but I requested at least a partial refund instead. The first two times were painful, even with plenty of numbing cream, and I honestly had no reason to believe the 3rd time would work any better. I will say my Mom is enjoying her powder brows and they look great on her, but I can't recommend this place based on my experience. I would have hoped after dropping $750 + tip they would have worked with me more. I'm not requesting anything out-of-line when my lips looks pretty much the same.

She had just gotten her own done and I loved how they looked and kind of also showed her a few pictures of what I was looking for to get this kind of layered, wispy look that I was going for.
