Each day, they informed me of the progress and thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. The pricing was fair, especially for the level of master craftsmanship to build a custom staircase. I really appreciated how they used specific balusters and zip clip shoes that I wanted, even though the parts required a little more work to install. These guys were my life savers. They completed a complex job that everyone else couldn't do it how I wanted it done. My bottom step of stair tread is rounded on each end and extends beyond the railing. These guys cut the solid wood tread in one piece and did it with ease. They let me know they were licensed contractors and could do just about anything I came up with. They also told me what they didn't do (instead of winging it). I cannot say enough good things about Daniel & Israel. As professionals, they do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. They communicate. They are flexible, knowledgeable and creative. They are skilled craftsmen, with high standards. They're strengths are as carpenters & woodworkers, but they have in-depth understanding of the big picture and crews to cover other work like plumbing & painting. They leave your home cleaner than they found it and respect your property. I've made every hiring mistake there is over the years and learned what value really means. Daniel and his brother just finished installing a new Black stair railing with horizontal stainless steel balusters. It was done in 3 days. If I could give them a 10 star review, I would. They started the job by making sure that my Living and Dining room as well as Kitchen area were all covered in a wall of plastic so that nothing would get dirty. The plastic went all the way to the ceiling, by the time the job was done, the rooms were still clean. They are very professional and courteous. We love the new staircase!
