The tech 'Kevin' theoretically repaired it for $260Au, but after I left the country, it went dark again in 3weeks. When I returned to the States, the local repair place saw no signs of a repair, but replaced the motherboard and that fixed the problem for good (including 2 other nagging screen & mouse problems that didn't get fixed by Kevin). But that cost me another $185US. Obviously, I could not pay the expense of another plane ticket just to go back to Melbourne to have them repair it (especially at the risk of another failure), so I requested some remuneration for the repair here from OnTheGo owner 'Lawrence' via his WhatsApp and Line #s because he had a 3month warranty on the repair. It has been 3months and I received no reply (and we had communicated with these lines during the repair so I know he's listening). I consider his warranty and communication flaky if you go there for anything.

My pants were amazing, the shirt was good if not a little tight around the arms, they never measured my arms(apparently girls can't have muscles) but it fitted good. Due to a family death, I couldn't make one fitting. So was mailed the waistcoat 3 weeks before my wedding, it was too big. Sent photos to be told it'd 'flatten out after a pressing'. I pushed to get the alterations I wanted. It came back fitting much better but they took in the sides not just the darts I asked for, making it a bit tight over the hips. Also no pockets. I couldn't unpick them. This was super frustrating as I specifically asked for a pocket watch pocket. I was told 'all of our pockets open' yet when I took it to a local tailor he couldn't find any pocket and had to put in a small pocket for me. I also never got the embroidery I asked for of both of our initials and the date, not on my waistcoat inner collar or shirt. When I mentioned this, it was never responded to. I feel as soon as I paid my last payment (just before my waistcoat was posted out to me) they dropped me like I was too much trouble. I would of thought 7 months would be plenty of time, but 5 days out and it's not what I paid for. So dissapointed as I paid over $2000, I will never use or recommend these people to anyone ever. It seems all the men are happy they just can't cope with women's bodies, no matter what they tell you.

Maureen is so welcoming and very talented, with just a couple of fittings she removed the ghastly inserts from the front of the dress, adjusted the fit, created a hook to hitch the back of my train and recut the neckline.
