Reading about driving in a book is different than actually driving. To that Sarah H 1-star review, while I wasn't the person driving in that complaint, people who complain about new drivers making mistakes on the roadway, that's the only way we can really learn how to handle those situations in the future when we are on the road by ourselves. I feel being allowed to make mistakes that didn't put other people or drivers in harms way helped me learn the rules of the road that much better. I have worked at TCOE for almost 15 years now and never did I think it would turn into the horror…read moreshow it has become. TCOE was once a place of employment to envy but now has degraded so much in the past few years that employee turn around is at an all-time high. Morale is extremely low, leadership cannot be trusted, and everyone here (except the administration) is aware the ship is sinking. So, what happened? Fernie Marroquin happened. One person is all it took to demolish the sturdy foundation TCOE was built upon. Fernie is an assistant superintendent and in charge of the Business Division at TCOE, yet possesses no formal education in business nor finance. He has cut many jobs, to include half of the IT department and ERS, he has lost numerous programs hundreds of thousands of dollars in grant money, and he continues to withhold vital information from Tim Hire, the superintendent. Fernie is driven by his narcissistic ego which prevents him from taking advice any employee below his pay-grade as well as admitting to any of his mistakes. Fernie has single-handedly crushed the pride and comradery we TCOE employees used to have and instead has instilled the fear of being fired or laid-off if anyone speaks against his decisions. Sadly, this is not the first incident of this scenario as he was a defendant in a lawsuit at a previous employment where he was charged with retaliation when an employee spoke up, yet here he is, the right-hand man to the superintendent of the Tulare County Office of Education. I represent one of many employees at TCOE who no longer wants to sit back and do nothing while our beloved TCOE crumbles to the ground. We will not let this continue behind closed doors while emails to the school districts paint a picture of roses and balloons at TCOE. Enough is enough. We will no longer be silenced, Fernie.

Someone's child will get hit one of these days and it'll be a shame. 4 stars because no one regulates drop offs and it's extremely dangerous.
