For some reason they couldn't fund the loan so we couldn't get the car but the loan was showing up on my online banking and a payment schedule was established before I could get the car. I wanted to make a big payment to start the loan and lower the monthly. One person tells me to make the payment before my first statement so I do, I call to get the reduced payment info and another person says I should have waited to make the chunk payment until after my first statement. They don't know what they're doing and as a result I have a higher payment. Then, years later we pay the loan off with one last big chunk payment and they processed the payment wrong. It's paid off and it's not accruing interest but a month after the loan is paid off I have to call to get the title and it's only then that they figure out it was "processed wrong" on their end. They have to go through it again and submit it to the county. There is a negative balance on the account so they will apply that to my saving once its all processed properly. so I lose out on a months worth of interest (not much but still) and I have to call and tell them to do their job. Don't bother getting an auto loan from them. And one can assume that they handle all loans this well.

Whether you live paycheck to paycheck or you have lots of $$$ in your account, you are a valued customer. Gina is ALWAYS helpful! Dennis is honest and direct, which I appreciate. If they don't have the answer, they say so; but also do their best to find the answer. That goes a long way!! They are fast on transactions and help monitor for fraud. Their fees are lower than 1st Bank or other big banks. Some of the cons are hours, it can feel short. There is NO drive-thru. The lobby is spacious but parking is a pain. There is only street parking, after all this is Cherry Creek. It truly would be perfect if there was drive-thru or designated parking.

This was not an easy feat as I have business partners in California and things had to be processed in both states. Accounts were setup quickly and without hassle. Funds were easily excepted ( yeah like banks ain't going to take your coin). I do have concerns about dealing with mega institutions but let's see how it plays out. I had a simple explanation of and question for the business banking account needing to be a separate login so I can have a Zelle email set up since there can't be more profiles added under my current login. She tried to explain the profiles will still be under the same account. I guess we just didn't get what each of us were trying to explain so she just became very upset, I feel terrible for the teller that was right there who apologized for the way Wendi reacted. Anyway, I called the online banking number because they can't do the separation of business accounts at the branch and the online banking representative was able to get the account request corrected and completed so I can have a separate Zelle account. I went to apologize to Wendi because it was very clear that I upset her with my inquiry and I'm always wanting to have a good kind interaction with everyone I talk to. I let her know the account is completely separate so the Zelle can be set up separately as she explained it would still be under the same profile. I didn't understand that the way she tried to explain it. I said I'm so sorry to have made her day so horrible, I was having a hard time keeping my kindness going. Whew, it was wild! I don't know why she was so mean about something so simple that she wasn't able to explain well when I first spoke to her.
