I went to this spot for the first time. Because my other place was booked. From the minute i was receive the customer service was disgusting. Every time I pointed out that a nail was not filed properly or something of the sort, the girl was so rude and on the defensive, tho I was calm and respectful. She ended up doing a very crappy job, she did not apply herself and rushed through everything.. all i wanted was shellac with a layer of gel base coat to strengthen​ my nail... my real nails. that she cut super short in the end. Instead she proceded to apply powder... uv "gel poweder" when I got to the cash I was charged for something i never asked for and since I had been politely expressing my disatifaction, I was expecting a better ending AT LEAST A SORRY. It was not about the money since I am used to paying double that amount at my usual salon. Instead, I was yelled at and showed the door. Its not done yet.. When I got to the grocery store where I was heading next, I realised that THE GEL POLISH was bubleing up... So I called the place and told them i was coming back for them to take everything off and give me my money back, or at least half my money... or fix it or SOMETHING but preferabl, take everything off. When I got there, I was greeted with insults, threats and every attempts to get me mad. I didnt budge. When I caught one of the girls trying to snap a video as I was discussin with the manager, i went to hear and politely asked her to stop. She lied and said she was not recordig. But then sh put her phone down, and it was on rec. So I took it FROM THE TABLE.. and... hold yourself tight.. SHE HIT ME. Puchend me on my arm/shoulder area... I stayed so calm I am even surprised at myself... They then proceded to fabricat a story and call the police thinking it would scare me off but it didnt. I waited for them. As calm as I had been and walk out after getting all the info I needed. NOW IM TAKING IT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE HIGHER! If it were a black girl hitting a customer like that, she wouldve been handcuffed long time allready. Im tired of that scenario. She will learn that you dont put your hands on GROWN people and just carry on with life :) Since the ownership changed, the place OBVIOUSLY IS CRAP! Never going elsewhere than my usual place ever again.

I had my nails refilled there twice and was pleased with the service the first time. That's why I went back the second time. However, the quality of the work was greatly lacking the second time. I returned to show the owner that there were definite ridges from my cuticles to the nail and that one of the nails was coming off. I was told that putting clear polish on it would fix it......it did not. And glue was applied to the nail that was coming off. A couple of days later, I returned because another nail was coming off. I was told that it was because of the glue. Once again glue was applied to the nail. When both nails started coming off again, I just decided to take them all off. Very disappointed in their work and customer service. I would not recommend them at all.
