Got a letter from the powers that be wanting to check my records and make sure I'm actually looking…read morefor a job and not living the life of Riley on almost $300/week. So they set my appointment at 8:30am and I get to bring a record of everything I've done for almost four months: who I've talked to, where I've been, email confirmations, what do I want to do when I grow up (FYI: dig tunnels), a picture ID, and so on... I check in, fill out a form and have a little heart to heart with one of the counselors who points out a couple of features on the website, scans all my paperwork, wishes me great success in my endeavors and off I go with a left-twix in my belly and one more in my bag. I hope I never see that lady again! and I mean that in the best possible way :-)
