I was told about 2 weeks after the the wedding I'd have my pictures. Over 6 weeks later they FINALLY showed up. They are horrible. No first kiss, no dress pictures after my dad hung tbethe dress and the lady took multiple pictures of it. The lady drank glass after glass of wine. All pictures are blurry, not one centered. Not even and apology or refund for the crappy service or work that was done. I wouldn't recommend her to photograph a jail year book. I can send you the quality of work she performs. It's ridiculous.

Firstly, she came out to the office to photograph my…read moregraduation with my co-workers and did not bring any kind of backdrop and used no imagination when taking the shots. At the end of the photo shoot, she asked for payment. My boss paid her as it was a graduation gift, I believe the amount was $500. Following the first shoot, I had to chase her for about a month afterward to arrange a day to take the outside shots and then chase her again for another two months to get the flash drive with the photographs. The photos were of poor quality, blurred and extremely unimaginative. I would not recommend her services to anyone. My boss and I have tried contacting her via telephone, but no answer. We have also emailed her to ask her to make the situation right, but surprise, surprise, no response. We are absolutely appalled with the level of service we received.

She always makes us feel so comfortable, and immediately spoke to us like we were friends and not just meeting for the first time. She is extremely responsive and always on time. If anything comes up, her communication is great. She does great when provided inspo shots while also doing her research for your shoot/location and gathers ideas for herself before hand too! We love her editing style and she always gets the photos back so quickly with some sneak peaks we can't wait for more family portraits soon!
