A warning: Make sure every item you want done is, in detail, in the quote.,I asked for 4 things ( over the phone) , and did not notice only 3 were listed in the quote; my bad, but I only needed 1 branch that hung over my house cut ( with hurricane season, an important reason I called them) . Surely, not a big deal, I see their trucks in the area often and they are far from being the cheapest tree trimming company around. They flatly refused; I called someone else to finish the job. It would seem having a satisfied customer ( for what would have been 5-10 minutes of work ) is not a priority to them. So.... a word to the wise: Scrutinize your paperwork. read more

Only Trees Service with Brandon McMullen & Crew #4. I have 5 large Oaks and 2 big Black Olives that need annual trimming to keep them in shape and ready for the hurricane season. This crew comes out and does a great job in thinning out these oaks and keeping the beauty in the branches. NO hack job with these guys. They have the tools to get, safely, high into the canopy to do the work in the oaks and black olives. While they are here I have them trim my cabbage palms as well. No thanks...Just the estimate was an unpleasant experience. Not friendly at all, he made me feel as if he was doing me a favor. No hello as I approached his vehicle and when I asked a question after I got the estimate he said, we don't do that, got in his little pick up truck and left with no call me, see you later, thanks, nothing at all, just drove away. Brandon, an arborist with Only Trees responded as promised. We talked about the oak trees' health and care. He provided a reasonable estimate for price as well as time frame. We were not present when trimming was done but when we arrived home later that day it was a wonderful sight! The tree was trimmed beautifully, looking better than it has in nearly a decade. Very professional. They were hired by my landlord for a hedge removal. When they arrived Hurricane Matthew had taken out the sea grape tree in the front yard. The last time i hired someone to help with tree trimming and general clean up and maintenance of my yard - they chopped the top part of the tree off. that was 15 years ago and i have not hired anyone since. I was terrified - i needed someone who loved my yard like i do. I can honestly say the ONLY TREES is the one to hire. They surveyed the entire yard - was able to identify the trees (some identify over 6' as a tree and don't even know the real name) AND they are certified arborists... which means they are trained and know what they should or should not be doing. My goal was for the end result to look very natural, healthy and encourage things to flourish. It took them the entire day - I watched them trim and shred what looked like TONS of vegetation, limbs and overgrowth.. i nearly had a hear attack. The result is my yard looks fabulous - the result is you cannot tell anything was even done.. which is truly a good thing.. because i was there - i SAW all the work and all the workers and the climbing and craziness. My yard looks wonderful, happy (yes, happy) and very healthy. I will only use them ever. You may have to wait a little to get on their schedule - but they are worth it. read more
