The wait time isn't that long and I was able to see the technician in 20 mins for my ultrasound. Farah, my technician was very nice and friendly. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and even let me take a video of the ultrasound for my husband since they only allow one person at a time because of Covid. Overall, really good experience. I think I prefer this place over my regular place and will be coming back for sure

Having had multiple ultrasounds over 3 pregnancies, I can confidently say my experience here was top notch. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. Even my husband who has basically been treated as second class at every other ultrasound said he left feeling like he was valued. I can't say enough for the staff and service at STL. Wont ever go anywhere else again!

My appointment times are respected, and the staff is dedicated and does their job as they should. If at times we have to wait or we don't fully understand the logistics of the system, it's important to remember that every exam is different. I even saw a lady jump ahead of me insisting she was first, but clearly her exam was not the same as mine. This place deals with people all day--some sick, some not--and we must understand that they are human just like us, doing their best with the workload they have. This time, my exams were done by the amazing and friendly Sabina. She was very professional, and I am very happy with the results.

They said I needed a requisition form from my doctor, which was faxed to them well over a month in advance. When I showed up for the appointment they then told me I needed a requisition from an Ontario doctor No other appointments were available that day and I had to fly out the next day, so I had to spend the day going to a walk-in clinic for the requisition, then another walk-in clinic for the scan, wasting my day while my son and husband had to wait around and waste their day as well. All while keeping a full bladder for hours so I'd be ready when called for the walk-in scan. Terrible customer service considering they should have know when the requisition was faxed that they needed one from an Ontario doctor and let me know.

They have seven rooms with multiple technicians on-site, unlike other centres that may only have a few technicians per day. They're also open seven days a week, which makes scheduling much easier. I originally had a requisition for ODC, but after reading less-than-great reviews across their many GTA locations, I preferred to avoid a potentially traumatic experience. I called Trinity directly and was able to book an appointment right away for two ultrasounds and an X-ray. Maha performed my ultrasounds and was very kind, professional, and clearly experienced. I appreciated that I didn't have to change into a gown -- I only needed to uncover the specific areas being examined. In the past, I've had to wear awkward gowns and wait in shared rooms with strangers, so this was a much more comfortable experience. You're taken directly into the room, and it's just you and the technician. Gerard assisted me with my X-ray, which was done fully clothed and efficiently. Overall, the experience felt respectful, private, and well-organized. I also loved the fish tank in the reception area -- the fish seemed very content and it was a calming, thoughtful touch. Nice touch, Trinity Medical!

Today I had some bloodwork taken ....A LOT of blood ...many many vials…read more.... I had a lovely lady named Claudette taking my blood. She asked me how I was doing during the blood draw. It wasn't long before I started to feel light headed and sweaty. Claudette truly took care of me...she quickly finished drawing blood and began to fan me with a board as she motioned me to put my head down to get the blood flow back to my head. She got me a glass of water and stayed with me until I felt better. This woman truly made an uncomfortable chore tolerable and her kindness made all the difference.
