OnTrac On our Ring THROWING our packages at our storm front door on Thanksgiving. He stopped 15' away and smashed it into our frozen door! Minnesota .... Got his actions his car his ugly face, and he'd damaged our door! As well as blew open the package. Heres what the delivery company replied with when I reported the damage & incident- they haven't assisted in any way nor have they gotten back to us! Time for law suit. I would give this company zero stars if I could. My package was sent back to the seller because the company claimed that I had written the wrong delivery address. The company stated that my delivery address sis not exist. Yes, my mailing address does exist. My mailing address is the street address for the USPS Postal service at the Minneapolis/Saint Paul airport. It is the largest USPS in the Twin Cities. The front dest is open until 11pm Monday-Saturday and until 6pm on Sunday. These people are morons. DO NOT USE THEM. I now have to coordinate efforts with the seller, arrange to have a different company deliver the item, and pay additional shipping fees. This company does not even answer their phone. read more

I was expecting a delivery. Signed up for txt alert cuz I live in a secure building. One option was to be texted when package delivered. Thst didn't happen. Instead I got a txt after he left saying couldn't complete delivery. Of course he couldn't cuz it is a secure building that is why I chose to be alerted when delivery made. I resolved my whole day around this delivery. Now I can't get anyone to bring it back, was told by rep that drivers don't see txt alert options. It's for customers. That is the stupidest thing I heard. How am I gonna txt myself to tell me my package was left. The toll free numver online to company is a non working phone number. Now I dont know if my delivery will be made today and what time or tomorrow. I have things I have to do before end of business day b this company sucks read more

Package was to be delivered yesterday. Received message that they can't deliver it. They sent a message today that they can't deliver it. They will not speak to you and their chatbot and chat agent says nobody will talk to you and they will try to deliver in a day or two. Simple Human is the company whose product they are to deliver and I actually talked to a nice person who didn't have the ability to resolve the situation. read more

Beware to any one who uses this company. They delivered my package to the wrong address. I know it was delivered to the condo complex down the road, by the picture. They have too many units to go door to door and look for it. I've been fighting with them and the company I made my purchase through to get a replacement sent. You can't get a real person to talk to.
