Where should I begin? There are just too many amazing things about Ontraport both as business software but also as a company. Maybe I should start by saying that I have tried just about every major type of online business software out there and have have consistently chosen Ontraport to run my entire business online. Ontraport does just about every major I need in one place and does it at a very reliable level - which is key when working with thousands of people (including MANY influencers) every day in my business. There's a lot I can say about the app itself and all its features but one thing stands out beyond all the other companies is they're quality of support. On-boarding was awesome they have a bunch of great trainings and include (I think) two calls just to get you set up and actually work in your business with an expert for free. Beyond that they have hands-down some of the best support staff out there who are always going above and beyond to help me do things that I need to do in my business. And every time that I filed a support ticket or chat them or call them on the phone they are always super fast helpful and somehow they do all this without charging me more, even when I need tons of support. I'm not exaggerating here... I have honestly never experienced such a high level of support staff at any company. And when I went to their yearly conference called Ontrapalooza, I got to meet many of their staff in person and they not only cool people but surprisingly brilliant as they taught advanced workshops in online business. I was super impressed. I know this review is probably sounding a little too perfect but i'm not kidding you... Ontraport is top notch! The only thing that I could say negative about Ontraport is that the software does so much that it may take some time to learn to do some advanced things but seriously that's it. It's an amazing tool to run a whole online business (and also does off-line stuff as well), and their support staff is of the best. I am a pretty busy person and normally wouldn't go out of my way to write a review like this... But Ontraport has done so much for me that they have earned an exception. Like I said I run my whole online business with Ontraport's software - it REALLY helps to know that their company is full of the best people who are not only constantly upgrading their software to stay ahead of the rest, but also that every time I need something, I feel like they've got my back. Hands down the most amazing support team of any software I've ever used (which is a lot)! They have an incredibly responsive FB group, where not only other users are happy to lend a hand, and not only certain assigned support reps, but literally C-level execs (including the founder/CEO) will jump in answer questions with very thorough responses. If that group isn't sufficient, their support forum is one of the most well built out and continually pruned repos of knowledge I've ever seen. If THAT isn't sufficient, then they have a robust ticketing system for everything left over. Regarding the software itself, it's insanely intuitive. Very easy for a newbie to jump in and start to take advantage of all of the powerful automation available. The culture of this company has proven to be one of continual progress, as they have made several major, and impactful releases each year that I've been a client. Functionality-wise, they are right up there with all equivalent competitors, and their support and endless commitment to innovation (to add/improve any features they're lacking) easily rise them to the top of the pack! I have tried every email service you can imagine. Every landing page builder that exists. Marketing automation tools that failed to deliver on their promise... heck our tech stack includes probably 50 subscription products of various types. So, we deal with a lot of software companies. HANDS DOWN, without a shadow of a doubt, Ontraport is our favourite, most useful and amazing tool we've ever come across. And then we discovered what happens when something goes wrong and you need help... even the CEO himself jumps into conversations and the support team (especially Frank) seems to work around the clock to help people, answer questions and give tips on how to get max value from the software. Not to mention the other people who use it - the community around this product is strong, supportive and friendly. Ontraport can be considered expensive to some people, but it paid for itself in full within 10 days of using it. Ontraport have the best support of any SaaS company I've ever dealt with (50+). They are super helpful and responsive and available via multiple media. Live Chat and the Facebook community in particular are especially useful. Most impressive, however, is that they also answer, and love answering, "How do I?" or "How should I?"-style questions. They go far beyond providing a problem/solution service. But to top it all off, there is so much documentation and training available - even pre-built use cases you just click a button to use - that the chances of needing support in the first place are greatly diminished. Ontraport shows how support should be done. The software isn't cheap, but the included support more than makes up for it in terms of value. Amazing support. Despite being on the opposite side of the world I get help in moments. The team are polite, helpful, intelligent and always quick to respond. If an issue is discovered it is resolved at lightning speed and the fix is reported back to me. If the problem is at my end (human error) they talk me through what I'm doing wrong or offer an alternative course of action.
