Their pizzas are small, boat shaped crispy goodness. Topped with a slightly spicy sauce and locally produced cheese I loved my pizza to the very last bite. There is a meat version too, which I did not try but someone from our group was raving about it.
The kebabs are a hit, and my wife loved her combination lamb and beef kebab. It domes served with rice and vegetables. Everyone was digging on the kebab scene.
Saglem is out of the way and literally out in the middle of no where. But it is on an major artery that connects the Aegean coast, Epheses and Troy so you might just be lucky enough to find this little gem.
