New nose, new problems. My post is not showing up on google…read morereviews so i am just copying and pasting here. I will start off with the good, because it is shorter. Friendly staff, even when i was upset, they can remain professional. The slope of the nose is nice. Its smaller then it was before at the tip. Now I was hoping i did not have to write this, and keep my original review but its been a year, I'm not satisfied, and he said he will not do a revision. Here in these photos i include the first photo of my nose, and the one beside it was what he said he was going to do, in that same photo is my nose a few weeks ago when i was bringing up something isn't right. It has been a year of recovery, and trusting the process. Next two photos I have included are from today so i can show why I am upset that he said he would not do a revision. I was expecting a cute button nose, and it is not that. Its straight on the one side, and bulging on the other, the under part is also on a diagonal slant, (looking like the point of my nose is also slanting) but the part that bothers me most is the tip is not a cute button nose, like was promised. And i get things not being exactly symmetrical but the two sides look completely different. I payed 11,000 and its not like i went to some sketchy place payed half price and was like well, you get what you get. I went to Visage, "Canadas lead facial plastic surgeon" and payed the going rate for rhinoplasty. I have reason to be upset. Anyway now i guess i have to look else where to get my nose fixed because Dr. Esmail thinks it looks fine. Remember he will only do complimentary revisions if "he" sees fit, dont think of that as a selling point of going there because he is not going to do it.

One good thing that I have to mention is that when there was a mix up with dealfind resulting in me receiving 2 vouchers instead of the 4 that I had ordered, they were very accommodating and honoured the voucher. But it was mostly downhill after that. Which was really disappointing because I think it had potential to be okay. The package consisted of 1 hour facial, 30 min relaxation massage, 30 min mani, and 30 min pedi. The relaxation massage was nice, but that's about all that I liked. First, the facial solely consisted of different products applied to my face for an hour. No steam. No extractions. When I asked why no steam, I was told that was the type of facial that it was for the deal find, but when I asked my sister in law, she had gotten steam and extractions. (What else are you really doing in an hour???) The mani/pedi part was the worst. I have never once had either where they don't put any lotion on my hands or feet, but this one didn't. Not an ounce...even when I asked about it she said she'd put some on my arms at the end. I was so disappointed by the lack of effort, and the disregard for doing a good job, I mentioned this to the owner at the end of the services, and she was shocked that I hadn't gotten steam, or lotion, and offered to go talk to her daughter (who was my esthetician for me I guess) about what happened, but little else in the way of compensation. It's really too bad, as I know several people who live in the area, and I'm moving there soon as well, so would like to have a good local place. But I don't think this is it.

I do mine and my friends and families nails, but i thought I would get them done by someone else…read morefor a change and after today thats not happening again. I got acrylic nails and they were poorly shaped and sanded i had to fix them when i got home, they where super aggressive with my nails and hands, i kept getting nicked, my skin sanded and bunch of the proper steps of doing nails were missed, including pushing back cuticles, a barrier, dehydrating the nails and washing in between painting and sanding. There was acrylic buildup all underneath my nails that wasn't cleaned up or sanded and was pretty pricey, they also never told me nor was is listed that french tips cost more and you are charged per nail. The staff was nice just the job wasn't too good. I have gotten my nails 2 other times and it was half the price and they were more gentle. And im usually not picky but its been a few hours and my fingers and skin still burn.

I called when the spa opened at 9:30 and they were able to book me in same day at 11:00 the ideal time of my choice.
