A coworker told me about this hot sauce and I had to try it. I am so glad I did.
I ordered 4 bottles from the company that makes the sauce in Scotland. A week later, an international package arrived and I quickly opened it to discover the 4 bottle of liquid deliciousness!
I opened the Scotch Bonnet ooft sauce first and stuck the tip of my pinkie the bottle and touched it to my lips - OMG!!! so good!. The flavor is at first amazing, then the heat comes and gradually increases and just when you think it is going to get too hot, the heat levels off at the perfect place. The heat and the spicy taste stayed in my mouth for a good long while. I did not want to try the other sauce until the taste of the Scotch Bonnet completely dissappeared.
The next day, I was ready to try the smoky Chipotle sauce, and Wow! Again! So smoky, so delicious, so hot, so flavorful!
Two great hot sauces, I will definitely be ordering more. They need to find a distributor in the United States, so people can just pick up the sauces at their local store
