Every treatment was done with such expertise, and they were incredibly accommodating, especially with the needs of our pregnant friend. They do yoga, sweat lodges, massages. and MORE. The experience I had here was so great that I had to come twice in the few days that I was in Guadalajara. I first got massages with my mom. Bhajanjeet and her husband can essential read your energy from the massage so after the massage, they are happy to talk to you and give you advice and consultation based on Ayurveda. The feeling that I got talking to Bhajanjeet was that she was extremely intuitive - like she knew me deeply after just a 60 minute massage (which was amazing, she uses strong pressure :)). I came again with my sister I think two days later! Their advice and consultation was wonderful and so accurate. Bhajanjeet read into the relationship with my mother, among other things - it was incredible and provided me valuable insights moving forward. I am not into astrology, psychic readings, or anything like that, but I like to read energy and vibes off of people. With Bhajanjeet and her husband, I can tell that they have been practicing this work for so long and that they know what they're doing and talking about. I very much trusted them early on and was open to their guidance, and so happy I was. My sister tried the sweat lodge and had such a moving experience - but I'll leave it to her to explain it :) The services they provide by the way are so fairly priced. I was also extremely grateful that they agreed to see us at late hours - past normal open times! They were very flexible to accommodate us. They also speak English very well. I did not have to attempt Spanglish. :) Highly recommend incorporating them into your trip to Guadalajara! Meeting them was a highlight of our trip.

I told the last 4 nurses that went into my room that I was having pain. One ignore me completely, the other 2 act like they were concern yet they didn't do anything about it. The last nurse had the audacity to ask if the pain I was having really really hurt. ???? What? Of course it hurts and that's why I'm asking for medication. To top it off they charge you for every single thing that's giving to you as well as for their uniforms anything anything used for "your care" or during your procedure. My doctor quoted me $25-35k pesos and I ended up paying $58k when there was no issues during my surgery and didn't have to have extra special care.

The office has 3 or 4 specialists so they are able to deal with any dental need. The staff all speak English/communication is no problem. They can help with hotels,airport pickup and recommendations in Guadalajara. Which i think is one of the nicest cities in Mexico. Great way to have a wonderful few days in a beautiful city get your dental needs done on your schedule. THEY DO NOT TRY TO UPSELL YOU LIKE SO MANY CORPORATE PRACTICES DO. On a trip w my parents my Mom got really sick so my Dad & I agreed to bring her here. With the help of my cousins we drove up to urgent care but before we all could finish getting out of the car my Mom was wheeled off & disappeared from sight! While my Mom was being treated we spoke to staff about our situation as visitors and how we essentially had no insurance. Staff patiently explained cash or credit card payment for my Mom's treatment. We decided to use our credit card so we could document & attempt reimbursement from insurance back home. The staff totally understood our need for detailed receipts and in the follow ups remembered to provide the same. After the initial evaluation the staff doctor spoke to us & requested consultation from a specialist. The specialist said my Mom could not travel & had to return for post evaluation. 10 hours later we were home w my Mom on bed rest. I had to reschedule our flights but in the end the treatments allowed my Mom to fly home w the recommendation that she follow up w doctors here in So Cal. All the doctors, nurses & staff we spoke to were very attentive, accommodating, & conscientious. Never have I been so impressed with a hospital, THIS IS HOW ALL HOSPITALS IN THE USA SHOULD BE!!! Talk about a first rate hospital! Labs were on site & done quickly. There was also a pharmacy where our prescription was always sent directly from the doctor, no wait, no unanswered questions, no need to find & wait at another pharmacy. Also, the wait area was comfortable & soothing like a lounge. Have you ever been inside a NICU? That is how I would compare the treatment & service at this hospital. My parents insurance company ended up FULLY reimbursing my parents for the expenses incurred thanks to the hospital's detailed receipts & documentation. The cost of treatment was in the hundreds but might have been in the thousands in So Cal. I found out later on that my nephew had his kidney transplant done here & all my cousins were aware of the quality of treatment at this hospital. God forbid you are ever in this situation but if you are in need a hospital this place is a true blessing. Location: In a residential area but Taxi drivers know where it is.
