The semi-open pavilion near the two small bridges near offered a popular spot to relax. The bonsai were a little worse for the wear, and someone appeared to be working on a fence repair, but the foliage was otherwise nicely groomed.

The trellis of flowers at the entrance make you feel like you're Alice entering Wonderland, and the sound of adjacent traffic fades as walk deeper into the grounds. Seating areas are scattered in pockets throughout the community garden, plus there was a small play area where kids can crawl through a short tunnel and use their imaginations. If I had stayed closer, I would've gotten coffee to go and relaxed here every day.

That said, I wouldn't recommend making an effort to include this as a tourism stop, as there are more visually stimulating landscapes the Hague has to offer.
