Acrylics came out very thick and uneven, was told I could come back in to get them fixed. When I arrived I was told they're supposed to look like that and that it's just because of how my nails are shaped even though Ive been getting my nails done for years and they've never looked like this. read more

Awful place, they don't deserve one star! Started coming here last year. Kelly and her husband were wonderful and did a great job! Now they are gone (without communication the owner removed them) and put in place the B Team. Substandard service my nails are hit or miss and the pedicures are rushed and horrible! I've been coming to 4 Seasons Nails for years. Recently, over the past 2 months or so, I've been really disappointed with mainly the cleanliness of this salon. It's super dirty. The floors, the bathroom, the instruments, the pedicure bowls. I haven't seen the instruments taken out of sterile packages and that bothers me. Also I'm very unhappy with the quality of the work. I've had dip polish just pop off my nail! EVERYTIME I get something done it's done differently than it was the week before but I'm charged the same price. I was hoping since it was so nice and close that it would be an awesome place. I like to shop local business to help my community.....but they have sloppy help. They are not busy that I have ever seen, yet the one older lady does not take her time. She didn't seem to know where things were located. I ended up leaving with nail polish on my skin around my nails. It looked like I did my own manicure with my left hand. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Horrible!! 2nd time I've been there for my eyebrows, and the 2nd time I've left pissed off!! I decided to give them a second chance to shop local, my mistake! I don't understand how 2 different ppl can mess up someone's eyebrows, its not rocket science. Both times they were uneven...how do they have the nerve to try to let you walk out the door looking like that??? Worst manicure I've ever had and I've had a lot of them all over the United States. The lady that did my nails cut my nail cuticle skin too deep and made me bleed - not once but twice. And she didn't file my nails evenly. She spent a whole 1 minute on the lotion massage. Even though they had no other customers in the salon at the time. So I could not blame it on being busy. Skip this place unless you are very desperate! I was SO disappointed!!! read more

We walked in the door, 2 employees were assisting customers, a third was just standing in the room. We waited by the counter as they all stared and no one greeted us or asked to help. We waited several minutes and still no help. We turned and walked out. If they don't want to take my money, I'll take it elsewhere. Probably one of the worse pedicures I've ever had. In the end my pedicure looked like my 5 year old cousins did it. It's good to know from the below review that they received new ownership, lets hope their customer service has changed. I have really bad calluses, I couldn't get him to saw them down anymore, he barely even stratched the surface of them. He tried telling me I would bleed.... Which is know is a lie. A couple other customers came in after my pedicure got started and so he sped through mine and didn't put forth any effort once so ever. read more

The only decent techs here are the owners and they are always busy doing acrylics. If you want anything other than that, expect mediocre service. I've been coming to this salon for about a year just because it was close, but I've finally grown tired of getting stuck with a subpar nail technician every time I visit. The older lady does not take her time and is very rough when cutting cuticles. It is also difficult to explain to her what you want because her English is terrible. OP Nails in Lowell, IN has new owners. I had a pedicure on 5/8/15 and it was the best pedicure I have ever had. Not to get to informative, but I broke one of my toes years ago and it needs some major attention when having a pedicure. This place is the first place that actually spent some time on it. He did an excellent job and my feet look wonderful still. I will be going back there again. Give them another try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed!!! read more

This place is terrible! I have been here a few times and yesterday was my last. I made an appt. for 3:15 and got there a little ahead of schedule. When I walked in, there were several women sitting as if they were getting pedicures and everyone was starring at me ( I believe they were all family). Then, after a few minutes, the owner (who was sitting in a chair) finally came over and asked if he could help me. I told him I had an appt. scheduled and he said he could not take me, they were too busy. This is not the first time they've done this. And, they look at you as if you are rude because may you only want something simple done, like a polish change. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE PEOPLE! I only gave this place 1 star because it would not let me post without putting something. read more

TERRIBLE. I came here for a fill in and they took 2 hours just to get me in. That's not even the worst part, my sister showed them a picture of what she wanted and they did the complete opposite and when she left he was making fun of how bad he did her nails and I demanded that he redid them for her. He said he would do them tomorrow for FREE and I went in with her and he took them off and then he said he wouldn't redo them unless she paid him again. He pretty much ripped her off.
