All the veggies and spreads looked fresh and each of the bar height tables had a small array of salt, pepper, ketchup, mayo, and hot sauce. I love being able to tinker with my own sandwich (read: moar hot sauce!) without having to beg the establishment for a revision or a "side of" whatever. We both had the shawerma #3, "Levante," with varying levels of spicy. For very spicy, ask for "sehr scharf!"
