NIGHT: we went there for dinner during the folk festival. Menu looked pricey but the portions were huge. My girlfriend and I share a chicken parmy and trust me, for any two normal sized humans, that is enough to eat if you are supplementing your meal with some beverages!! Overall. It's the only pub in town, a pod they offer beer, food and a great venue to hang. Can't complain. When you put it all into context, it deserves its name as the local water hole!! Sauce (four kinds), vinegar, salt and pepper on the side table pretending to be a service area and knives and forks in the canteens beside it, next to the self-help pile of napkins. And it is all good!! I mean, what do you expect, seriously? Gastro Pub? Get over it and get into it.
