Went to Liverpool to buy a new Big Screen TV. After looking around for 14 minutes not one of the three people in the department had approached us nor acknowledged our presence. We went to them and asked for some help as we were looking to buy. They had no information other than the basic data posted on the display. One TV we liked had no price and when we asked the young lady said she did not know and walked away. We continued looking and began using the internet to research. Finally an older man approached us and asked if we were being helped. We told him no and he said he would get someone. Who shows up but the same girl. We asked about the TV that we were interested in and she went and got a scanner. She scanned the bar code and nothing came up. She left again, as now we did as well.
