That excitement shortly ended before they even started bringing out the animals. The gentleman Jim, walked into our garage and stole a sledgehammer and put it in his front seat. Luckily enough my father saw him in the act from across the street and notified me right away of the kind of man on our property that I trusted and hired to be apart of this special event. I was immediately uncomfortable and disgusted. Shortly after he came into my kitchen to help him self in jokingly manner eating our food. I of course said sure you can grab something but from that moment on throughout the hours they were here Jim kept walking into my home and grabbing whatever food he wanted and even fed his animals what I cooked for my guest. Not to mention grabbing with his hands that were handling the animals for hours and dipping them in our dips. How disrespectful. My guest and family were on edge and worried about what he might steal next and also didn't appreciate him coming in without notice as if it was his house. When confronted by my father about the hammer he begged for us to not tell his wife Catherine about his wrong doing. I couldn't believe it and it absolutely ruined my party and everyone's mood. If you choose Morning Star Ranch be on the lookout and protect your items from being stolen. This was CLEARLY NOT his first time! Highly DISAPPOINTED.

I asked for a tour…read moreof the place and was told that she couldn't give it to me because of medical reasons which is completely OK then she also told me they don't give them until after noon, which is also OK then I was asked by the owner of the place what I wanted to see specifically and I had responded to him that I just wanted to see the room that my son would be in the Manager then cut him off and told me ma'am I already told you that we aren't giving any tours at the moment and that we don't give them until the afternoon, which was extremely rude because I was answering the question that was asked. then as the conversation went on, I let it go, so I asked her if they had an informational packet to give out since they weren't giving any tours then she proceeded to say, ma'am we don't just give enrolment packets to anyone... excuse me. As if I would allow my son to go anywhere that would treat me that way up upon meeting plus it looked dingy in there. It looked small and the food looked disgusting as I walked away the owner walked after me and asked if I still wanted a tour and I politely declined. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible service. Also do your own research because they don't watch the children as they sleep a six week old died there of SIDS. I'm going to assume that's why they were rude to me because it was recent.
