Worst Delivery service company need to stop using them they lost my package and gave me no compensation.

They misdelivered 2 packages to me, addressed to someone a few miles away in Boston. I contacted them, they said they will pick them up, 4 days and 5 emails later the packages are still sitting on the front porch where they left them, waiting to be picked up by them. The tracking info still says "delivered", so the intended recipient has no idea what's going on. From other reviews it sounds like that's a very common scenario with this sorry joke of a company. Worst delivery service ever. I'm disabled, ordered 9 times from Misfits Market and 6 of the 9 deliveries were not delivered according to the instructions, to be delivered to the hallway. They were left in blazing sun, far away from house, near the street, etc., wherever the lazy, incompetent delivery person could toss it. My misfit market food order was set to arrive Friday, today's Monday. Misfit sent my order Thursday, for overnight delivery, the tracking said shipped but didn't say "out for delivery" I called this shipping phone today to find out where my food order is, the phone is out of service. Misfit refunded me for my order. But none of the customer service reps at misfit seemed to know they shipped my order to this now defunct shipper in Woburn. Tracking said I was to get my delivery on 2/24/25 and the tracking shows delivered. The next day it says could not deliver no one home and could not leave package. I am retired and I was home the whole day of the delivery date. I sent an email to customer service and have gotten NO response. This deliver is for medical supplies and I urgently need them. I order from an online company, iHerb, which uses Optima. Three times they have botched my order, but the most recent is the best. I received notification that my package had been delivered, but could find it nowhere. I tried to contact iHerb, which was it's own mess. After two attempts to have the order reshipped were denied without explanation, I called Optima and got their answering service. I DID hear back from them Monday morning, with a terse e-mail stating that the package was left in my mailbox and a photo was attached. The photo clearly shows 1) that the package was crammed into my mailbox and left, 2) the "outgoing mail" flag was raised. USPS took the package and will not return it to me unless I pay $11.75. That's its own extortive mess, and I've already contacted the postmaster general and my congressman (the office is run by an evil shrew). I have pointed out these issues to the person from Optima who contacted me, but have not heard back. Meanwhile, the order was reshipped, using -- you guessed it -- Optima Shipping. Here's hoping they don't screw it up, again. I made my position abundantly clear to the support person from iHerb, but will be contacting their corporate office today. A company that is clearly run out of a mostly vacant office, but carries the attitude of the cable companies. Avoid Optima Shipping and any company that does business with them. read more

I work at a business that has a receiving dept that accepts all our deliveries until 4 PM, and all companies we deal with know this. They will stay late to take deliveries if notified. Optima, in all their "brilliance" dropped off more than a dozen packages outside the door at 830 PM, free for anyone to steal until our receiving dept comes in at 7 AM. I recommend using a company that uses their brains. If USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. are available, use them. read more

iherb uses this company. They sent me an email that says my order has been delivered. However I never received any box...

I was supposed to be shipped a package from Zara. I received a tracking number, etc. on the day that the package was supposed to be delivered. I received a notification that there was a change in the delivery date I checked and I did find out that Optima shipping was the shipper and the notified or whoever was supposed to be delivering. It said that the package was undeliverable because it was an incorrect address. I lived here for 11 years, no one else has had an issue delivering . Looks like they didn't even attempt to deliver. Do not ship with this company. read more

Horrible company. One of their drivers near ran us off the road and when I called to report the incident they just hung up on me! If this is how they treat the general public I would hate to imagine how they treat their customers. Simply awful! Zero stars. read more

Optima Shipping Systems - Dangerous Driver - Woburn, Massachusetts

Optima shipping did not deliver a package to me. They claimed the street to my house was closed but it is not. On that same day, FedEx, UPS, USPS and Amazon all delivered packages to my house or the neighbors. In the tracking they listed "business closed" as the reason for not delivering the package but my house is a residence on a residential street not a business, so this is nonsense. Then they told the shipper they would try to redeliver for later in the day but did not show up. Then, they promised to deliver the next day but did not show up. I paid for next day shipping and will probably never receive this package. read more

If it were possible to rate 0 stars they'd be deserving of less. The company should be forced to remove the word "overnight" from their name - my delivery is going on day three day from the expected delivery and it's virtually impossible to get any answers. If your merchant chooses this service, do yourself a favor and cancel the ordered before it becomes a part-time job trying to track it down. read more

If you want your goods stolen they will be glad to help they forward all over the world to Russia and Ukraine . They allow customers to use false po box suites and or apartments . so that you do not identify them as a freight forwarder. While ths is going on your items will be sent and then their customer will charge back the items and you are screwed .Contact customs to report or the NH DA office read more
