I had a wonderful experience at Optimal Function Physical Therapy. My achilles tendons were super inflamed and it was had to take long walks. Dr. Mariel did dry needling therapy and gave me some stretches and exercises and I doing so much better! I hiked 40 miles last week and they feel great. I highly recommend her and the clinic. read more
