Dreamy place for hat lovers. I would give 10 stars for the service if I could. Risha at the shop thoroughly went over what they offer and showed us options based on our budget. She never treated us like we are cheap customers and still provided excellent service even after she figured we weren't there to buy their high-end hats. I LOVE this shop! Optimo Hatworks is small but it's truly a full service custom hat shop. They offer options I didn't even know were really used for hats such as rabbit and beaver! If there is less than 1 star I would have given it. This shop has beautiful hats but the helper was RUDE. She said that unless I am prepared to spend several hundreds, there is no reason for her to assist me. She obviously was clueless and no idea about high end hats since she didn't even noticed I was wearing a Borsalino. I am not new to well made expensive hats! read more
