I left after nearly three hours with mangled clumps of lashes, sparse individual lashes, and little to no self esteem left for myself because I looked ridiculous. A full set of lashes by a trained technician shouldn't take THREE hours...but it did this time because we talked about her political beliefs, her stance on homosexuality, and how she feels about the currents events in America. I typically don't care if my service providers talk during whatever service I'm there to get done, but this was just agonizing. I could not wait to leave. After nearly three hours and nothing to show for it, I left and cried in my car. My lashes were absolutely horrible and looked as if I glued them on myself. I cannot speak on other services offered here, but I'd highly advise researching other studios.

There was no response back besides a look, and when I asked about availability, the response I received felt cold and dismissive. One of the women at the front desk did seem kind--I wish I had spoken only with her. As someone who just moved to the area, I was hoping to get some helpful information and maybe become a new customer. I rarely leave reviews, but the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's a shame, because the place itself looks great. But based on that first impression, I won't be returning. The way I was treated made me feel like a bother rather than a valued potential customer.
