After paying $5,000, they only set me up with one person. There are no refunds and they have not set me up on a second date after years of no service. I've tried to follow up with them but they are very hard to reach and have written me off as difficult. I couldn't be more impressed with the service that I received at Options nor with the woman that they ultimately found for me who I've been with for the last 12+ wonderful years. Although it didn't happen as quickly as I had hoped, I knew that like most good things in life, it probably wouldn't happen overnight.
