After receiving an email confirming delivery on the 17th, followed by one instructing us to have £40 in cash ready for the driver, my husband left work to ensure someone was home. Then we received a call from a courier saying the driver wouldn't reach us due to too many deliveries. He promised to call back--he never did. We waited until 11pm with no update and no sofa. We'd already given away our old one that morning, trusting the new would arrive. I've had to take another day off work just in case it comes today. Calls to customer service were cut off twice. No support. No accountability. Just stress and silence. We feel ignored, let down, and frankly shocked by the treatment received. I'm escalating this complaint and urging others to think twice before ordering from B&Q. Customers should never feel this unimportant.

She insisted on checking the new goods before we went away. Certainly would recommend them for their service. A lot of goods are competitively priced, and even though some may be made in China and not of the highest quality, their no quibble return gives you peace of mind to shop there.

A full range of fittings are available from trade, functional fittings through to the bespoke high end stuff. Staff are very helpful and will help you plan your room and advise the best possible fittings. They will advise but not push. Orders are costed on site and you are kept fully informed about progress. After-sales service is good and, like the plumbers-merchants, they will go the exta mile to help you out. The only downside is that it is hard to find within the industrial estate.
