Mandatory check- in on the first floor then a stairway or elevator is provided. The center offers a large lounge with pay2eat snack and soda machines. Sadly, no cafe in sight. The third floor is designated for outpatient surgery and endoscopy, while imaging and dermatology are conveniently on the first floor. Patient's names are called out loudly by staff and were exactly upon appointment time. Per our opinion, the doctors here are easy to speak with and are knowledgeable - two important traits.

The office has coffee, juices and applesauce (good thinking for diabetic patients) available for consumption. My father met Dr Sondra Aikens who will be his new primary care doctor now that he is 65. His bedside manner is outstanding. He sat eye level with my dad and had patience with my dad's responses to his questions( my dad is forgetful and slow to respond). He even made some funny jokes along the way. He was very throughout in his assessment and explaining the plan of care with my dad and my self. All of the staff especially Katherine were exceptionally pleasant and made sure the follow up and instructions were understood. I am so grateful this will be my dad's new primary care physician. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for doctors who specialize in geriatrics!

Before I signed anything or paid, I clearly explained what I needed and asked about timing because I was trying to avoid waiting for an imaging center appt. I was told my information would be uploaded within 24 hours. After 24 hours passed with nothing uploaded, I called again. Then after 48 hours a different employee told me it could actually take up to TWO weeks and suggested I come back to purchase a cd instead. I drove back, paid an additional $5 for the cd, and then later found out from my doctor that the cd alone was useless without the written radiology report. When I called back again, I was then told they do not even have a radiologist and their dr writes the report, which could take up to two weeks. Had this been explained to me upfront, I never would have chosedn this facility for imaging. I requested a refund for at least my out of pocket costs ($23 for co pay and $5 CD fee) because the service I specifically explained I needed was not actually provided in the timeframe promised. The polite girl on the phone spoke to the manager on duty (which refused to give their name nor get on the phone with me) refused and hid behind a "no refind policy", despite the fact that I communicated my needs before signing anything. To make matters worse, when I asked for the management or corporate contact information to escalate my concerns, the manager on duty refused to provide her name or any direct contact information. The lack of communication, misinformation, poor customer service, and unwillingness to take accountability was extremely frustrating- especially when dealing with a medical issue. Will tell all friends and family to avoid this place at all costs!
