Plus - I got a quote of the service fee I needed to pay on the phone and it was exactly the same amount, without added fees and commissions. Also, I got an appointment on the same day I called. My nightmare experience. As a person with PTSD- being injured can be pretty hard on me and anyone…read morearound me. To mitigate this- I called ahead and made sure I could be seen. When arriving- I was told I would be next. Let me tell you- I am in quite a bit of pain from an injury. So the nurse practitioner (not even a doctor) seemed to be the one seeing patients. She stuck her head out and said - I am taking lunch... just tell them it will be a longer wait. - everyone needs lunch right-? I mean really- who cares about patients when there is 'anytime unscheduled time off'. Enjoy that brake at the patients expense- after your staff indicated that he could be seen quickly to mitigate any PTSD Symptoms or adverse reactions which may disturb others. After voicing some displeasure at this- I was taken into a room by an administrative female who choose to belittle me to the point of a full blown PTSD Episode. I had asked to see a doctor- not some Affluent with a superiority complex. So after being fully triggered by staff- I was treated to 'Marty'- whom one can only describe as a [Medical Nazi]. In HIS facility- ADA Laws do not apply. The 1st amendment is dismissed for sensitively. This guy just antagonized me until I left. I believe he was trying to provoke a physical confrontation for mirth. This was one of the worst experiences I have had in years. A person with disabilities shouldn't be punished for being lied to and antagonized by a medical personnel when in need of medical treatment. Telling me that my language was unacceptable after being told I have PTSD was pretty low quality of a medical personnel. Escalating the situation was probably the worst thing 'Marty' could do. Making fun of me- while causing a PTSD meltdown- really showed his professionalism.

I was so pleasantly surprised to look around their clinic when i first came in and see so many smiling faces. I feel like their intent and approach is very personalized. It is not one of those get on the tread mill places; not at all. Dr. Mobley is amazing; a gentle and skilled touch. I knew I was in good hands. The associates are great. They are focused and attentive to the stretches that will have the most positive impact and give you that quality of life you are looking for. I can not sasy enough good things about them. I just had Dr. Swenson for a Clavicle repair...from a snowboarding accident…read more Getting an appointment was no problem, and the appointment was on-time when I got there. The appointment was not long but covered what needed to be covered....an official diagnosis, a quick follow-up of the injury, my options (surgery or self-heal), and a prescription for pain medication. When I selected to have surgery it was quickly scheduled for the next day, I was given all the information I wanted about the surgery and what to expect, I was then directed to the hospital finalize the scheduling and provide my insurance info. Dr. Swenson did the surgery and thus far it is a success. My pain is down, my movement is up, and every day feels better. I am out of a sling in less than one week and I have plans on snowboarding less than a month after the surgery!

However, my major complaint is how insanely difficult it is to get the scheduling process for imaging exams taken care of. My insurance requires authorization for MRI, the authorization was approved by the ins company, I was given the authorization code, an insurance rep three way called the imaging office with it as well, and still, no one can schedule me because they want a particular person in the office to give them the exact same auth code that I was given. Huge hassle. I have worked in the medical field for over 5 years, so I truly understand that every office has their own way of doing things, but this is ridiculous. This is the hardest time I've had scheduling any type of appointment - EVER. At this point I feel like I should just go to the ER and request an MRI seeing they make it dang near impossible to schedule in an outpatient setting. Good doctors here, so don't let this scare you off. But do yourself a favor and bypass the imaging center downstairs and go to another outpatient imaging center with your order in hand. You'll save a lot of time and headache.
