This has to be the worst place I have ever been to the place is ugly and cold they have no type of customer service. I called and the lady was rude and laughed at my questions she said she called me but easily could have left a voicemail. I will never go to this place ever again. Don't waste your time or money here. The services they do are short, pricey, and stuff I could do at home. AMAZING! This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a facial! Marissa knows skin! I've had many facials before and never stuck to them because I felt like they never worked for me. I have sensitive/hormonal skin, so my needs are always changing and don't always fit into the different types of facials offered. In addition, about a week before my appointment, I decided it was a smart idea to jump into an aggressive (aka overly applied) regimen of retinol and vitamin c after not using any treatments for 2 years due to pregnancy. By the time my appointment came, my skin was pissed. I had booked a hydra facial but after evaluating my skin, she felt a different route was best. Marissa took the time to customize the facial so it would work with my skin. Even though my skin was a hot mess and I'm sure a challenge to work with, she somehow worked her magic and now my skin is the best it's ever been. Went in with a Groupon for a lightening facial. It says on the website that this facial helps with dark marks and overall skin tone. When I get there Marissa says that although I came in with the Groupon she would evaluate my skin and give recommendations. She went into how the facial i purchased would not help my pigment or overall complexion, even though its advertised that way, she recommended the perfect peel with microneedling, an upsale of a few hundred dollars. When I didn't go for it, she recommended the pumpkin enzyme facial. When i said I just wanted the lightening facial, she washed my face with a scrub, put lotion on it and told me I was done. This place is a joke. I find it really ironic that they use the word "opulence" when the spa is the complete opposite. The sheets used in the massage room are awful and smelled dirty during my massage. The room was very bare and plain, nothing relaxing about it. The massage left a lot to be desired. Avoid this place so that you won't end up with a skin infection that you're likely to catch from this dirty unhygienic place. read more

I've been to Opulence Wellness Spa twice now and was pleased with my experience. Brittney is such a strong asset to this spa! Don't think you will just get a Brazilian wax from her - you'll also get a glass of wine (or maybe something stronger...), great music and conversation, and maybe even an inspirational pep talk if you're lucky! Brittney is very professional, funny, and so easy to get along with. It is plain to see that she LOVES what she does! She did a great job on my B wax making sure it was efficient and as painless as possible. She teaches you how to maintain your waxes and also knows a lot about skin care. I initially found this spa on Groupon and was excited to check it out! The only drawback was the energy in the front waiting room. When I first walked in, I immediately noticed that the overall ambiance could be improved. It felt really dark and unwelcoming!
