I agree with Catherine. A big fat "0". As a business owner, I treat people the way I want to be treated. I paid a LOT of money in 10/15 for an ad and 2 page article to run in quarterly publications. After being promised receiving a proof before publishing (which never happened) and copies of the December magazine (which never happened), I contacted them numerous times via email and phone (after taking my money) and did not hear back from Jason (aka my guess was a previous used-car salesman). I requested that my money be returned to me by a certain date or I would contact the BBB. I felt like I had been taken, which has never happened in my professional career! I contacted the BBB in Boca and Oracle did not respond (no surprise). The BBB then told me to pursue further with the Small Claims or through other legal sources. Now I see that their website is conveniently 'down'! Finally in March 2016 I received 2 copies of a magazine. No sorry for any inconvenience, etc. My ad was there, but not my 2 page article I was promised. If the people that receive this "Luxury Lifestyle Magazine" knew the history of the creators (Oracle) and how they did business, I am sure that they would veto the magazine as well. I am still requesting a full refund, but I am sure that they will open shop under a different name and do the same to other unsuspecting people. Sad, sad, sad! How do you sleep at night! read more

If I could give zero I would. We began talking with their sales rep Jason in February. Agreed verbally to their magazine and program. Looked at the website as we discussed the advertising option. We agreed to bill our credit card and would receive the contract the same day. We received the contract but requested that it be modified to include dates and areas. The contract could never be completed correctly. Gave numerous chances to get it right. We requested a refund via email for the expense. No reply. I called today no phone number is working. The website is down. The graphic artist that was subcontracted out replied and said that he is disappointed as well. The company has not paid him for his work and they are not replying to him either. So shady. Be warned! read more

They promised me 2 one page ads in four quarterly magazines targeting a luxury market. Now about to enter Q3, I've received only the magazine for Q1, which given I didn't receive any calls from my ads, I'm doubting it was ever distributed. I've started taking action with small claims court. read more

Oracle Promotional Group has the best customer service. They go to great lengths to create solutions for us. It seems like customer service has started to suffer with other companies, maybe because technology is changing so quickly that most can not keep up. read more

I didn't have any idea how I wanted my logo to look; they worked with me and after a few adjustments and phone calls, they nailed it. They also sent me the logo image via e-mail for me to use as I wish. I hope I'm able to schedule some weddings soon with this form of advertising. Did not receive one call or job from the advertising! Waste of money!!

I've had a weird situation with this company. Same like the other reviewer where I didnt feel they…read morewere professional due to the @gmail address. After a few months of talking with them, i decided to give it a try and take the risk of loosing money and not getting what i want. But then again, i've already had horrible experience with others, this was going to be my final attempt at it. George was very persistent in contacting me to get my business. His price was a bit expensive for what we wanted but we decided to negotiate and finally came to terms on how much to pay. The start of the service was frustrating in the beginning because we didint know each other well and certain things were unclear. So things took longer than projected to us to get the ball rolling. After seeing the first draft of the website we were happy as we have never seen it this great looking, smooth, and professional we decided to continue with a few other upgrades while the rest is finished. We had some issues and decided to stop the work and were frustrated. George and I kept talking for a little and finally agreed to just do our parts and make each other happy. He did what we asked, we paid what we promised. I wont say it was a complete failure but improvements are needed to enhance customer experience instead of wasting too much time going back and forth.
