It's not often you run across someone as passionate about what she does as Marissa. She is a registered dental assistant, and honestly I think she needs to go to Dental school to become a dentist. She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. She is a student of her craft and will probably always be a student because she loves to learn. I see great things ahead of her. She should be a teacher in dental assistant school and workshops for those in her profession. Dr. Kim is a great man. He was very professional. He took the time to explain things to me in a way that I can understand. This doctor strives for excellence in all that he does. It's amazing how far technology has progressed. They can now scan your teeth and create a temporary bridge on site and is much more stable than the temporary flimsy crown I got 20 years ago in Florida. Marissa did a great job with color matching my teeth for the permanent bridge. I could not get over how real the new bridge looked. Dr. Kim did an outstanding job! As I've stated previously, it is amazing how far technology has progressed in the dental arts. This clinic is equipped with state of the art equipment. This place is worth your time and customer loyalty. Bethany, the office manager, has an outstanding team. They are very professional & courteous. I did not realize it, but I had really crappy insurance. I am in the process of getting better dental coverage from another insurance company. With my insurance company I felt like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football and Lucy being the insurance company. I was once a property and casualty insurance adjuster and also an agent. To my shame, I did not read the policy contract. I have had much better dental insurance in the past. I should've done my research. Priscilla, worked with me to develop a game plan to pay off what I owed. I felt like she was in my corner working for me passionately. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for Bethany and Priscilla!

I went to have a crown put back on October 31, 2025 that fell off 4 hours later. I called and was told they couldn't get me in to fix until November 10, 2025. On November 10, I get a call the doctor is out sick and they can't get me in until November 17th. This place will steal your money.

She was bleeding uncontrollably by the time she got home and they acted like this was no big deal when I called - only it did end up being a big deal that had to get fixed by an oral surgeon. I have also been disappointed other times with the level of care she has gotten there and I would not send anyone I care about to that office.

My exam was very informative and in a language I could understand. Options for treatment were presented and we decided on a course of treatment.
