I scratched my Model Y 20inch induction wheels in a parking lot on a Saturday pretty badly and reached out to Ryan on a Sunday -- he was so easy to schedule with and fixed my tires on that Monday. I appreciated his quick response time and incredibly fair pricing for a mobile service. When he was fixing my first wheel I noticed I had a little ding on another wheel and he packaged both tires for me. He's super professional, super knowledgeable, and I wasn't worried at all when he was working on my car (normally I'm very nervous sending my car to repairs). One of my main concerns when talking to other rim repairs was they said they wouldn't be able to match the color of my rim but can do their best. With Ryan he told me he bought the Tesla rim himself took it to a paint shop and got the correct color codes for paint since the one Tesla provides are inaccurate. This was a real selling point and I'm so happy I went with him.

I made it 5 years without curbing my Tesla wheels but on Sunday it finally happened. I text Ryan on Monday morning, but Tuesday morning at the same time it looks as if it never happened. Great price and great result.

I appreciated his quick response time and incredibly fair pricing for a mobile service. Ryan out here literally doing God's work!!! If you happen to park funny, or went thru a drive thru without paying attention like I did...this is your guy. Do you need your wheels fixed quick without your spouse knowing? Do you have a tesla? Ryan will save you! Ryan is a magician. My wheels weren't terrible, but the car is 19 years old and in beautiful shape, so I was tired of seeing the curb rash on the wheels and some other scuffs and whatnot that the previous owner(s) had done. Then I had a flat tire and put the PERFECT spare wheel on the car for three days, and I was like, I gotta get this done. The result is four wheels that look brand new. I couldn't be happier. Price was very reasonable considering the work that was done. I don't know how and I have no desire to do that. I'll try to come back and add some photos, but truthfully the pictures don't do justice to what the wheels look like. Bottom line is: I highly recommend Ryan and his service. read more

Ryan's wheel repair on my curb rash was top notch. I have a Tesla ModelY with gemini grey hubcaps and drove too close to the curb on a right turn. There were some pretty deep scratches on rim of my rear passenger tire and I have to return this lease someday! With Ryan's mobile service he was able to show up to my workplace to fix my wheel the day after I inquired and got at least 4 other quotes. I did not be any happier, and it was a pleasure working with him. He was on time he offered a fair price. He was extremely easy to get along with, and he did it in a reasonable amount of time. He brought his own jack and pucks, because both of our cars are Teslas and made everything painless. I highly recommend Ryan. I am so happy with his service! I accidentally hit my rims on a curb and was so upset. The first ding on a new car hurts the worst. I searched Yelp and found Ryan. I sent a note and he replied so fast and was at my house fixing my car in a day. The entire process took 45 minutes and my rims looked as good as new! It was like nothing ever happened. They were elaborate and taught me about brakes and rotors. I was out in about an hour! The previous brake service I had at another place took ~3 hours at around the same time, and it was more expensive. The second time, I took in my other car, and from my knowledge, one tire kept going from 40 PSI to 30 PSI. This was frustrating and I am a busy body driving from job to job. They further educated me about tire health and that there was a tire leak by putting bubbles on the tire to locate the leakage. I ended up replacing the tire and was out in about 45 minutes even with two people ahead of me. Overall: Great quality, quick and friendly service, and a positive atmosphere.

Can you fix that something you caused the guy who is in charge if the alignment he said, I don't have time and I'm not gonna do it and when I was talking to the other guy, he made a gesture with his hand that I'm speaking English, and he doesn't understand, but when I spoke with him earlier he perfectly understood English. He's just racist. so I left the place halfway driving deflation sensor light came on, I thought it was just missing some air. I went to Costco. The air was correct. I asked them they said we can check your air sensor pressure they checked. One of them was damaged by them, so I had to pay $75 just to change it. bottom line if you're gonna get ripped off in your car damaged go to that place. I never saw something like this.

Gavin gave me two options initially, and I chose the second option replacing front right light with a used light and repairing the fender. Long story short, repairing the fender (making a bracket and welding) was done in same day, but due to ordering the wrong light twice and/or his incompetence dealing with tesla light programming, it took 1 week and 2 days to get my car back with me getting and delivering him the used light with matching part number myself. He kept blaming on the wrong used light that he ordered and kept being rude, whining to me about his time and money lost working on my car, telling me he is doing me a favor when it was his incompetence in ordering the right part or programming tesla light the whole time. I got sick and tired of hearing this BS (felt like he was a customer complaining) so much that I decided to not come back anymore and will go to a different PDR shop in the future. At one point, he requested I need to make an appointment at tesla so he can bring his car there. Second used light he ordered is "DOT 1077372-00-K", and my original light is "DOT 1077372-00-L". According to tesla and from my research, both lights are compatible, but he could not figure it out and at the end, he told me he needs exactly the same part which according to his words, he took a whole lot of time calling and searching for it. It took me 10 min to find whole bunch of them used and took me 30 min to locate the one that I can pick up locally (1hr 30min away) that worked after 5 min after I brought it to him. I wish he just told me the part number in the beginning, and I ordered it myself as if I did it, it'd be done in one day without all of his whining. His final bill was about $240 higher than the estimate as he added tech bill for $240 (he called tesla tech at one point that didn't go anywhere). After I came home, I also noticed one bolt with a washer below my wipers that he is not replying to me if it's from my car and noticed the upper tub under the hood was not clicked in properly. I was very frustrated, but I still was not going to leave a bad review for him considering my past experience, but as soon as I noticed he is ignoring my texts about the bolt, that was it. I won't go back even regarding this bolt that I have no idea where it came from. He never apologized to me even once during this whole time. His attitude was the opposite. Not sure what changed him.

Highly recommend -- saved me over $700 and made my Tesla wheels look brand new! I own a 2022 Tesla Model S with the Arachnid 21" wheels. After a recent tire rotation at Tesla, I started feeling a bad vibration at higher speeds. Tesla Service in Irvine diagnosed it as a bent front-right rim and quoted me $1,131 (parts + labor + tax) just to replace one wheel. No thanks!
