I scratched my Model Y 20inch induction wheels in a parking lot on a Saturday pretty badly and reached out to Ryan on a Sunday -- he was so easy to schedule with and fixed my tires on that Monday. I appreciated his quick response time and incredibly fair pricing for a mobile service. When he was fixing my first wheel I noticed I had a little ding on another wheel and he packaged both tires for me. He's super professional, super knowledgeable, and I wasn't worried at all when he was working on my car (normally I'm very nervous sending my car to repairs). One of my main concerns when talking to other rim repairs was they said they wouldn't be able to match the color of my rim but can do their best. With Ryan he told me he bought the Tesla rim himself took it to a paint shop and got the correct color codes for paint since the one Tesla provides are inaccurate.
