If there was a negative rating I would give it. I've been a very frequent customer of ocbm for a good while. Yesterday I bought a makita orbital sander from them. I found out that my future father in law had quite a few of them. So he gave me one. So today I returned the one I bought yesterday. This is where it gets good. So, they tell me that they're going to charge me a 10% restock fee. I got a little upset, but decided okay, I can deal with that. Okay, you ready for this, then they tell me that they'll have to write me a check. I even said okay to that, even though I paid them in cash. Then the cashier says it won't be until next Friday. Today is Thursday. So then she gets Troy on the phone who happens to be a manager I guess. I tell him he just list a customer. He didn't care. I told him I'm going to post this fiasco all over the internet, he didn't care. So, I guess that let's you know how they feel about their customers. I'm 53 years old. Never seen a company have to write a check for a refund a week and a half out. Don't shop here. read more
