Homer called and basically said he didn't want to do business with us, closing the conversation with profanity in Spanish. That was unprofessional and disappointing. I truly wish them success, but their customer service needs a serious change. I'm a reasonable, good hearted person business is business, not personal insults. Left a message on their machine and Oscar called me back ASAP. He towed my bike from the hotel to his shop and fixed me up. What made it extra special was his wife, Alma. She and everyone was so gracious accommodating. Left after paying a reason bill and then 15 miles later had another flat. Oscar came right out and fixed me up again. I will forever stop by every time I'm in the area. They do custom bikes and have a super cool shop.
