I went into Jeff's office feeling lousy and came out feeling refreshed, and most importantly my pain had significantly diminished. I can't wait to go to bed tonight knowing I won't toss and turn due to my stiffness. On top of his ability as a massage therapist, you can't beat his prices. I'll easily be able to visit his office twice a month whereas offices like massage envy (crap massage anyway) will charge you $80-90 for an hour. The office is small, but when you walk it is smells calming and the music is relaxing. I grabbed a few of his cards to pass on to friends. Definitely recommend his services to anyone in need.

I just knew I was extremely sore when I left. I drank almost a gallon of water that afternoon & evening, took Tylenol and continued this regimen the next day but I continued to get more sore. By 48 hours I had my very case of sciatica. Whatever he did to my lower back inflamed the sciatic nerve so I feel like I have a hot poker going down my left butt cheek into my knee and sometimes all the way down into my ankle. I tried anti inflammatory meds, ice and stretching exercises for almost a week before the pain finally drove me to pay $150 for an acupuncture session. That finally dropped my pain. By over half. I do NOT recommend this place. I would recommend that their masseusers attend an anatomy class however.
